It's a really easy to use platform. I just wish for my line of work that I can attach images to an invoice so I can send the work done to clients In one quick format. Other than that it's a great app.
I've been using this app for over 2 years to make invoices and track payments for my business and I'm really happy with it. I have the free version. It did take me a bit to learn how to use it, but it was worth it :-)
"Get paid" it says. Yeah, right. Unless you're an app developer and understand things like APIs and app tokens, and have built your own payment app to link to it, you're not GETTING paid. Why isn't there a simple "link bank account" option for invoice payments to get deposited to? I don't know who their target demographic is, but I'm CLEARLY not it. I'm just a simple cab company owner, thought this would help me send invoices to my clients. Doesn't seem like it and I spent ALL DAY with it.
I LOVE this app! For my small business is prefect. However, to have to pay to use more features; adding more then 6 clients, it is really tough and we can't afford it. So now I use this invoice app as well as another free invoice app.
This is an awesome app for managing small and medium-sized businesses. It comes with invoice and project tracking, you can add your desired payment from the supported list, and the best part for me is there's a free version that you can host by yourself and runs great. Thank you, Invoice Ninja.
App is good, but doesn't offer syncing my bank. Uses GoCardless for bank importing, but GoCardless doesn't do bank transactions for the US banks. Please fix the ability to use Plaid! Other than that, this does everything I need and I'm happy I switched from Wave.
Ok so the self hosted even the paid for hosting with Invoice ninja is great. The app is good. It seems that Google playstore doesnt always do stuff properly. I had a issue where I uninstalled. After using the hosted edition and the app wouldnt allow me to swop the login creditentials, triied to uninstall google playstore and suddenly it allows me. Keep it up great product thanks guys... PS... dont forget to try the API. Amazing
Moved from a professional accounting app when we combined our two small IT companies and we are amazed at the ease of setup and operation. The price is amazing as well! We run a combo of recurring and spontaneous invoices which are typically sente on the 25th. There does not seem to be a way to view combined tallies of invoices at any time to confirm the entries before sending or are we missing something. Keeps failing on app so u add app to phone.. fill it in etc it come on app. Then 2 min later screen goes blank been like it 3 weeks and iv already spoken to you and noone could help Everytime I re stall app it works once then when I go back into it, it just a blank screen.. Spooken number of time to customer service and reply was they don't understand why. I loved it, till it stopped working.
Great product if you always have perfect internet connections. I just wish they had a local only version of this guy without all the fancy cloud features. I just want something to track time and tasks effectively and this app really struggles with that when I have to take it on the road.
