I had a client pay with a credit card but I had my old account linked. I linked my new one and the money still hasn't hit my bank account, not to mention they charge 3.0% and when you select the refund payment option it tells you that it's subject to additional processing fees... I don't recommend using the app and accepting card payments through the app.

a price increase to keep the features i already had? no thanks, no one is going to pay $400 a year for invoicing when other apps offer all the same features with unlimited invoices, estimates and customers for around $6 a month, not $34. Speaking of by the month rates, you say its $34 a month for your best plan but dont even offer monthly installments, all has to be lump sum up front. I used to love this app but im going to use something else.

I used invoice2go for nearly 2 years and in july I found out I could accept ach/debit card payments for my small business and set it up, was approved, and started taking payments. Out of the blue they froze my account and said they needed more documents for "onboarding." I asked to have my account closed and they claimed they'd send me a check within 30 days. It has been 4 months and I still haven't recieved my money. I'm far from the only one. Look up their BBB reviews and DONT use them!!!!

Have used this software 5-6 years for my construction business. Very quick, easy to use, and professional looking. The extra features are nice as well. Excellent estimate/invoice software. The ONLY thing I would change, is the price. I've been a long time customer and have seen the program grow, but for a while I watched the pricendrast increase over the years and it's a little more than I'd like to pay. My annual subscription should be ending anytime now and I think I might do a little looking

Really like the app. Easy to use. Even have had customer's say how they like it and some who run small business started using it too. The only thing is for a small business like myself, it's a little pricey. All small business trys to keep their overhead as low as possible. Invoice2go, please run a special like last year so i could continue to use. Thanks

Always room for improvement Do like the app ,been using for a few years now. Like the option for pay online for customers but don't like the fact the options are automatically turned for the customers to see , in turn, basically forced me to sign up for it. Sure I could have refused an wait over a week longer to get my money. There reasons I didn't activate the feature before hand is , I already have credit card processing with my bank which don't charge as much.

Once I took the time to customize it to our needs and then practiced using it it is becoming easier and easier. It's going really well so far, I'm using the enterprise level already and I'm only 3 days in. The app works great. I'm really glad I decided to try it. We still love the system. We have not been able to get Invoice2Go to help our customer info to be able to be put into traditional fields to be mailer friendly. We want to use our customer database to be able to do mailings.

Updating my review for 2020. This app has changed the way I do business for the better. It is easy to use, quick, and looks professional to the customer. (Not to mention that now I get paid much faster, and I can enter how an invoice was paid). I highly recommend Invoice2go to any small business owner. Just wish there was a place to indicate how a payment was made, ie: by check #, cash, or credit

Very convenient and easy to use. I wish there was a way to do line item credits. I'm an electrician, and I get a service agreement ahead of time based on an estimate. Then when it's time to send the bill after completion, I simply copy from estimate to invoice. But by the time I do the work, some things have changed. So I have to go back and remove those line items I didn't do, and add any extras Right now I'm still doing work with pen and paper to show how the final price changed

I have used this app for several years now. They just completely changed it and I can no longer edit invoices, use it in landscape and it is very difficult to use compared to the previous version which I loved.....too bad. I will not be renewing my subscription. 2019 update. I have just finished my move to Wave, they are FREE and does exactly what I need. This app seems to want to compete with QuickBooks and never will. I have that already. They are way over priced. Go with Wave, MUCH BETTER!

Been using this for a few years now and would love to keep using it but the new price increase turns me off. I'm a one person business and don't need a lot of the bells and whistles. Just basic invoicing and product saving. Wish they had a smaller package with say 250 invoices. $240 a year for the most basic one. I paid 99 last time. I'll probably go to wave. Not as good but it's free. If you want to pay this is a great service though.

Have been with this software since 2015 Over time they keep doing "Improvements" that wist my time and cost me more money. 1: came up with saving ITEMS. for auto fill purposes. this feature does not work for me, submitted several requests to remove/disable this feature. 2 years later they made auto save optional, but now i have 1000 items saved that randomly pop up when i type new invoices. Tried to delete all the items, but no, I can only do 10 at a time, 45 min latter, don't see the end of the item list and typing this review. Over the years, invoice2go capt coming up with ways to milk more money out of the clients. -cap number of customers (pay more if you want to store more) -want to talk to a human-upgrade your plan -offer me loans and financing -make their own CC processing-that overcharges 3.5% and doesn't care about us, people who pay them. I never write reviews and sick of writing this one, just stay away from them, they don't care about you, they just looking to come up with new ways to get more money from hard working professionals.

Tried for 7 years to master Quickbooks. Could not make it a simple comfortable process to create proposals and invoices. It was drudgery. It has taken me about 21 days to be able to make proposals and invoices immediately. Use the custom forms, they are worth the time invested. Clients love the "on-the-spot" communications. Begin with the Pro version you will have no regrets.

This program was great and simple for a good price, but now they charge everything including charging the price from $99 a year for unlimited invoices and estimates to $407.89 a year for the same unlimited invoices and estimates, and yes they include other services, but they are not worth the new price, is sad because was a good product, I just to recommend it to my friends contractors, now all of us are just finishing the year to move to other app because this one is no longer worth it.

Horrible Customer Service. Have had nothing but problems with this app but nothing has been resolved. They sent my money to a closed account and after promising that a new payment will be reissued to the correct account within 3 days, they have now refused to fix the problem they caused. The app itself isn't bad but if anything comes up and you need assistance, good luck with that!!

They've wasted a lot of my time. I have to be so careful in the way I write up my estimates or else it'll just get erased out of no where as I'm creating them. It's pathetic that they won't take the time to figure out an auto save feature that works when i know im not the only one having this issue. For example: if I am in the middle of a large line item and I need to leave the page momentarily to look up some material cost or something, I come back to find it's all been erased. FIX IT!!

I've been using this app since I started my business. It was good (affordable) at the beginning until they started raising the praise every year for subscription renewal. Now all of the sudden I can't even create an invoice if I don't subscribe for their advanced plan type. Very disappointed, I was use to their software for the past feel years and now I had to start with a different one from the beginning.

This review is for the customer service they provide. I like the app and format. I had an employee change the phone number to the Invoice2go account. I don't know how that was ever approved as I keep failing at changing it back, do to verification. I've opened 2 help tickets on this in the last 3 weeks. And it's still not resolved. Customer service doesn't respond to emails in a timely manner. They failed at stopping the wrong person from changing account info.

I would like the terms and conditions to be on the back of each page. I would also like the ability for the customer to accept the terms and conditions I.E. a check box that says they agree to terms and conditions. It would be nice to be able to increase the font size, some older customers cannot read the size that it is. I would like the ability to select different kinds of work orders, one the way it currently is, one for check and service that has fields I can edit for whatever check I'm doing that will stay saved. Then I simply check off the tasks. Other than that it's almost as good as it used to be when I purchased the app originally, before we had to buy it each year.

I can't believe this app has such a high rating. For 5.99/month you can send a WHOPPING 2 Invoices per month!!! For 9.99/month, they let you send 3 more! Isn't the whole point to send invoices? You literally pay money so you can type in numbers and fill out all of the information and email it. I can do that on a spreadsheet!!! I can't believe I wasted my time getting the app set up. Onward to my Neverending journey to find a good invoicing program.
