I’ve been using iParkit Garage Parking for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that lets you pay for and reserve parking spots in garages in a bunch of major cities. Pretty solid if you’re driving downtown a lot and need a reliable way to park.

Here’s what you do – you can search for garages near your destination, see availability and pricing, and even reserve a spot ahead of time. There’s also an option to just pay as you go when you get to the garage. It’s got a clean interface and it’s easy to use.

Look, if you drive downtown often, you’ll probably find this app really useful. It’s not perfect – the reservations sometimes don’t show up right away and the customer service could be better – but overall it does the job. So here's my honest take on iParkit Garage Parking. I've tested a bunch of parking apps and this one's one of the better ones. The convenience of being able to reserve and pay for a spot right from your phone is huge. And the rates are pretty reasonable too. The main downside is that the reservations can be a bit glitchy sometimes. And the customer service could use some improvement. But overall, it's a pretty handy app that solves a real problem for city drivers.
