Too many steps to find the specific parking garage you want and the times that you want. I park at the same garage everyday and the app makes it difficult and is prone to mistakes. Canceling and editing appointments are also not easy. Support takes a long time to respond.

Omg. What a horrible app. App just decides to stop working in the middle. Shows me the wrong address upon searching. I ended up walking 9 blocks because app showed me the wrong address and I picked up a nearby parking spot of the search results. Very buggy and very slow. Needs some heavy work.

Worst experience ever! I used app to reserve and pay for parking. Garage was oversold and had to park in a non-space, as did many others. on top of that they double charged me for parking which I am now disputing with my credit card. Will never use this app again!
