I just wasted credits simply starting a reading with Antonella, then before even pulling cards, it popped up that she was 'busy'. It then prompted me to call her for $10+ or try another 'psychic', where it starts all over again after taking my credits from Antonella. What the what?! Don't bother, loves! It's completely bogus!
Really disappointed. We all spend a lot of money to get helped with out question and it's not fair when you just ask a question they come out with an answer that doesnt have anything to do with the question. I email their customer service but they havent email me back. I'm really disappointed back then it wasnt like this.
Would not recommend Kimberly. All of my answers were met by more questions or simply telling me see couldn't answer that. Felt like I was pressed for additional information which wasted my credits. When I politely ask if I there was away to refund the credits when she answered that she could answer that (which happened several times) She kinda snipped at me and said that I was asking to many questions and how I could expect answers and that I was blocking out questions.Didn't come true as of now
I have used this app slot and I feel like most of the readers just answer very short answers and doesnt even try to get to the root of the problem!they are just answering to take my money and it's not right! U should really look into it readers more before letting them get paid for not doing their job!
Am very disappointed with your service. Psychic they don't give full details they just want you to spend your credit as fast as you can while they pull back all the information You keep on digging them while the credits are gone. At the end they ask you to call them some of us are uncomfortable to talk our problems over the phone that why we choose to chat with them
This app is actually one that I like to use. They start you out with 10 credits and you csn ask 1 question to any psychic that is available at the time and if your faorite one is busy you can immediately call them if you choose to do so. Also so easy to use and navigate it's great ! Thanks !
Very bad. I made a purchased of 10 points first and then 3 points. And I was charged for it. But I didn't receive any point. If you people are not interested in giving credit points then you should not charge people like this. I need my payment back. Look into the matter and solve it. I have receipts as well for proof.
impossible to get the free reading upon registration. went thru the process over and over. they were having an issue apparently with my phone number, i used another number but nothing was working. they still had me confirm email but cant reregister and no free reading. app is flawed and freezes. bye, not recommended
It's ok, but after a while of not getting clear answers.. u resize they are just trying to get u to call them, some of the peo ppl e are gifted and others just use up ur credits and barely talk to u update. since they raised the prices. the service has gone up greatly. the readings are mor sin depth. and the phone chat is reasonable price for the first 10 minutes. have had somenof the best readings.
This is a really amazing app for communicating with psychics and getting your best results possible for a specific amount of money but one problem you may face is that it's not for under 18 teens or children. The app has a white-coloured background similar to the pictures on the screenshots as shown by the developer above and has all the capabilites for being a psychic app; I would recommend this app for your next usage.
