Reviews for iris Dating: Find Love with AI

Was introduced to this app through an ad and decided to give it a try. At first I was interested in seeing how the AI would work with uploaded pictures of "my type," but after swiping and swiping I saw no change in my matches. I'm on level 22 and am very disappointed with my matches. At this point, I prefer Tinder because more people are active and you don't have to go through as many barriers to get a match/talk to people. Wish the AI would actually use my likes/dislikes to find matches.

Brand new to the app, and it seems better than the others. I'm hoping the AI matches to things besides photos which it seems to focus on. It's completely free, the paid feature just means you can use it more often to get matches, so you pay for efficacy of your in a hurry I guess. I like the verify feature, but there's a few profiles that still need to be weeded out. Still better than every other dating app I've used so far. Good work devs.

After being on this app for about 4 months and during this time I got all of 3 matches. I got punished for not keeping the conversation going despite the fact I wasn't the one who "ghosted" the other person. For an app that focuses on "looks" it sure is hard to find what you are looking for when the majority of the profiles recommended are ALL outside of what you prefer. I dislike th policy that you are seen as poor for not using the app often especially when you aren't getting matches. GL devs.

I downloaded this app after seeing advertisements for it. I mean you can't REALLY dislike it for not living up to its name, which is "training it" to show you matches based STRICTLY on physical appearance. After a while though you have to wonder if even that is even working! At the end of the day it's just like every other app trying to compete with Tinder: attempt to rope you in just enough to buy a subscription so that it can use part the money for marketing to increase its paltry user base.

Interesting concept, but it's not there yet. Biggest issue is the verry small user base. And for the instructions, I don't need an ai voice to read them at they slowly scroll, just let me read it on my own and save me the time. And stop it with the "we don't focus on distance" bs, or start advertising yourself as an an app exclusively for ldr's. It would also be better if I could select multiple reasons why I say yes, no, or even maybe on a profile, instead of having to pick just one.

It's interesting, but I can't even get the full experience because the app crashes whenever I try to look at my likes or conversations (I'm assuming that's what those are because I've never been able to see them). I also can't look at the first 3 profiles, it just takes me to a blank screen. So I'm really only left with the people on my Discover page, that's full of people that I am unattracted to, which defeats the entire purpose. The concept is cool, I just wish the app worked :/

I like the concept of the AI and trying to find people that match a certain "attractiveness". The pass is way more affordable than other apps, which is a huge plus. Setting up a bio is easy. As for what the app is lacking, you can't send pictures to people you are messaging. Even though it'd be hard to fool the verification process, I'd still like to be able to send selfies to personally verify. The other issue is that, because it's a new app, the amount of users is smaller than other apps.

I have only just started using it so take that as you will. The AI sorts exclusively based on physical appearance, so if you're like me and you don't really find *anyone* that attractive until you get to know them, it's pretty much useless, and the app ends up being basically the same as any other but with less profile info to go off of. If your attraction is largely based on physical appearance, maybe it'll work well for you, idk.

seem to be getting more matches and conversations in this app vs Tinder or Bumble. The only con I'm seeing so far is that there is no distance barrier, unless I'm just not seeing it. getting matched with people in the different states and even from the UK which is frustrating. I'd more prefer to meet up with locals instead of finding penpals.

One of the worst dating apps I have tried. It takes 15 minutes to go through setup, where they ask you to like/pass on pics. The supposed AI then is supposed to send people to you that fit the results. Not only did it not send 1 out many (at least 50), but you only get to see 3 profiles per day, with no info about them, and if you go through "discover" mode, you run out quickly. There's absolutely nothing redeeming about this app. Good luck guys, you have ALOT of work to do
