this app is not working at all for me or my girlfriend. we've both entered all our correct info more than 10 times, on more than one day and everytime I get "info doesn't match" or "no refunds found with this info".. I see many other people having this same problem so at least I'm not the only one dealing with this nonsense.. please fix it!
It would indicate error, like others mentioned. I kept checking back. This year it took 1 week longer to get status. Note: I entered exact amount of refund including cents. It gave me exact date for refund and additional information. Keep trying later like I did. Be patient, they may be shorthanded due to Covid-19.
Frustrating... I have gone turned to this app because the website it self it's inefficient when it comes to finding out about your account information or anything regardless. Turns out the same thing. No matter how many times I enter the correct information, it would still give me "incorrect information". I thought it was just me but I did my research online and it turned out there hundreds of people having this same issue. Can anyone help!?
The app does it's job and does it well. The user needs to have their expected refund dollar amount on hand for the tax filling year. You need to have your 1040 available or have the expected or refunded amount recorded somewhere. If you don't have that exact figure, it won't find the information. The previous three tax filling years are available to look up.
The app doesn't even function. There is always an error with my information ,when the information is actually valid. Why even waste your time with this junk. In other words, pulling out all of your hair and lighting yourself on fire would yeild shockingly better results while trying to figure out your refund date. Utterly useless in all senses of the word.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but it's saying my information doesn't match. I reentered all my information to be sure I didn't mess up. I also went to the website where I filed my taxes to double check the amount and reentered and it again and it still says the information does not match. Eh..Oh well, I guess I'll get it when it gets here or I won't..lol I did get an email saying it was accepted, I was just testing the update system to see what it would say. Star change when I figure it out.
The first week after filing, it showed 1 out of 3 bars highlighted in blue for "returns accepted" but the other day, it stopped even displaying the bars that show the status of the refund. What's going on here, and why can't I see the progress of my refund now? The info provided is vague and the links to click for more info don't seem to pertain to my situation. Now I'm completely in the dark and the app isn't doing what I got it for at all. Overall, it's a great app though.
It's weird that it either gets 1 star or 5, either works perfect or doesn't work at all... I ofcourse am on the doesn't work at all side. I put all of my info in correctly and it's saying the information does not match, and no I'm not putting in the combined amount, just my federal return. Super annoying to just be sitting around waiting for my return not knowing where or if it's even on the way
It's obvious everyone else is experiencing problems with trying to look at their refund status. I too am getting the same message as others. That my information I entered is incorrect. Which clearly it IS correct. I called the IRS instead and got my update. PLEASE fix this problem. Not only the app is having problems so is the website. This is VERY inconvenient.
Terrible, not accurate@all! I kept checking it several times a day,especially since it say's to expect your refund in 21 days or less! It had been more than 30 days&I just recieved my direct deposit&was notified through my bsnks texts notifying me so. I decided to check the app just to see what it would say before I uninstalled it, it said the same b/s as before ,your refunds still beoing processed, we'll notify of a date as soon as it becomes available! B/S👎💩😒👎
