It would indicate error, like others mentioned. I kept checking back. This year it took 1 week longer to get status. Note: I entered exact amount of refund including cents. It gave me exact date for refund and additional information. Keep trying later like I did. Be patient, they may be shorthanded due to Covid-19.

The app does it’s job and does it well. The user needs to have their expected refund dollar amount on hand for the tax filling year.
