recently, it showed that I'm apparently in some place that's like 30mins - 1 hour away from my house, even though I'm actually home. isn't that a little creepy? like did someone hack my account? This should be a secured app. now hypothetically if it was someone in my account, now they have my whole family's location and now where I live. this is really unsafe. please fix this or something.

can't pass allow notifications, the app is forcing you to allow notifications if not then there is no next. immediately deleted replay: too late, already deleted the app. you are the only developer ho force to allow notifications, other similar apps dont force you

Inaccurate location. This app was good however recently it's starting showing completely inaccurate locations, I am paying for the app and have contacted customer service many times however it's judt a robot and no help. If the locations are corrected soon I will stop using it.

I've had this app for a couple years. But recently it's been incorrect w/ locations. Multiple times, it's been giving me incorrect notifications for my spouse. Showing at home but was at work or mom's house. Yes, we both have our location setting on & the app updated. So, this leads me to believe there is an issue with the app itself. Please fix this or I'll be looking for a replacement. I'd prefer to keep this one because it's been an excellent app up until recently.

Notifications are dumb. The app does just great at location stay up to date. i turn the notifications off though because the app conatantly pops up to say that "location is updating" I dont need to know that and I shouldnt have to constantly clear a notification over something so dumb. Other than that, I have no complaints!

ok 3.weeks almost 4 with several emails no response fyi I track my emails they all show delivered and UNOPENED....I'm so done waste of money a buggy app I want a refund. now almost a month no response. I WANT A REFUND WILL DISPUTE WITH MASTER CARD

it's an okay app the location is not accurate, apparently I'm 4 houses away from where I actually am only using this app till I find an app that more accurate and free, personally I think its silly having to pay for location and for safety as a women living in a huge city with high crime rate apps like this would be brilliant for safety but a little Ridiculous having to pay for it

I need to open the apps frequently due to for a certain period, the apps won't detect my exact location. Developer needs to upgrade the location detector.
