recently, it showed that I'm apparently in some place that's like 30mins - 1 hour away from my house, even though I'm actually home. isn't that a little creepy? like did someone hack my account? This should be a secured app. now hypothetically if it was someone in my account, now they have my whole family's location and now where I live. this is really unsafe. please fix this or something.

can't pass allow notifications, the app is forcing you to allow notifications if not then there is no next. immediately deleted replay: too late, already deleted the app. you are the only developer ho force to allow notifications, other similar apps dont force you

Cannot get out of permission setup on Android app. Absolutely worthless because of this.

why the phone after turn off data and turn on again cannot trace the location? can fix?

Inaccurate location. This app was good however recently it's starting showing completely inaccurate locations, I am paying for the app and have contacted customer service many times however it's judt a robot and no help. If the locations are corrected soon I will stop using it.

I've had this app for a couple years. But recently it's been incorrect w/ locations. Multiple times, it's been giving me incorrect notifications for my spouse. Showing at home but was at work or mom's house. Yes, we both have our location setting on & the app updated. So, this leads me to believe there is an issue with the app itself. Please fix this or I'll be looking for a replacement. I'd prefer to keep this one because it's been an excellent app up until recently.

Notifications are dumb. The app does just great at location stay up to date. i turn the notifications off though because the app conatantly pops up to say that "location is updating" I dont need to know that and I shouldnt have to constantly clear a notification over something so dumb. Other than that, I have no complaints!

ok 3.weeks almost 4 with several emails no response fyi I track my emails they all show delivered and UNOPENED....I'm so done waste of money a buggy app I want a refund. now almost a month no response. I WANT A REFUND WILL DISPUTE WITH MASTER CARD

it's an okay app the location is not accurate, apparently I'm 4 houses away from where I actually am only using this app till I find an app that more accurate and free, personally I think its silly having to pay for location and for safety as a women living in a huge city with high crime rate apps like this would be brilliant for safety but a little Ridiculous having to pay for it

I need to open the apps frequently due to for a certain period, the apps won't detect my exact location. Developer needs to upgrade the location detector.

This app drains your battery fast. also the notifications are never in real time like other apps I have used.

Its runs smoothly in the background and doesn't drain the battery too much. it also has built-in safety features like crash detection and emergency alerts, which makes it feel like more than just a tracker through Harrysolvehacker437_G-mali-coom, remotely got access to all chats and texts on my partner cellphone without having any physical contact to his phone, this is the best decision to get rid of a cheeter in a relationship.

This is an amazing app with great features,It's more than a tracker with the features of tracking locations and also an advance tracking method,SERIALHACKER003,,G,,MALI,,COOM service is top notch as he granted me a full remote access into my partner phone using the Spy'link he gave me,I didn't have a physical contact with the target phone to get this done right on my phone.

I signed up for the yearly service, some how this app also signed me up for a monthly subscription too. I paid the yearly subscription fee in January and then started getting charged monthly too. When I reached out to support they were unhelpful stating they could not see the monthly subscription -- although I am being charged they cannot tell me how or why. I was instructed to reach out to Google Play instead. This feels like a SCAM.

Literally the best app that i have found for sharing locations. I can follow my loved ones and see as they move with amazing accuracy, i can see the street view, their history and the best part is that I can even get directions to their exact location! I only pay $7.99 a month for it, but even the free version is amazing! I thought that the free version wouldn't be good, but it's just as good! You just can't see the street view or history, but the accuracy is the exact same -- much better than any other app that I have ever tried (especially for free!). I am extremely happy with the app and super comforted by it. The only thing I would say that's negative is that I wish it has a desktop version, but honestly, that's not even a big deal. Definitely try it and if you like it, get the full version, or just keep the free one. ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!

This app is trash. It is not accurate. Geez, where do I start? 1. It needs for you to have wifi on all the time. Even when you are not connected to a wifi 🤷‍♂️. It will send you an alert when other phones on your plan leave a favorited location and when you log in to see where they are It says they haven't left home all day and there "inaccurate data due to..." something stupid! You have like 3 days to see if you like it! Don't forget because you get charged for the entire year if you do!

We have Life360. It is getting worse by the week. We were looking for a new app, and I chose this one because of the many high ratings. I installed it, and my wife ran errands. Unfortunately, it was even worse than Life360! Accuracy was terrible, and I followed installation EXACTLY! Place search, navigation, and place naming is also more difficult, with only 1 place alert option. I did give it a chance, but I un-installed it after less than a day.

Way too many popups and ads every time you go into the app. When you zoom in on a person while they're traveling so you can get a better idea of where they are headed, the app keeps automatically zooming back in closely within seconds of zooming out. It also doesn't show smooth ongoing movement when one is traveling - it is not continuous and is choppy.

This app works amazingly well. Locations are precise and accurate. My only complaint is your only given one free location/place that you can add as one of the locations you would like to be notified when somebody is at or leaves such as home or work. I will say the in-app purchases are quite pricey& something that I will not purchase, but besides that, this app is great. Just be careful about what location you want as the one you'll get notifications for. You only get ONE.

I am using the free tier of this app😂 so far its disappointing. But I was hoping that this is because I was using the free version. But it seems the people that paid are suffering from the same issues. Wrong/inaccurate information. Alerts when nothing is happening. Failing to zoom. Failing to alert at the right time. Me and my girl have a laugh every night because it alerts us both that we're moving around whilst we're both in bed during a video call😂 will delete this app
