Been using Island Packet Hilton Head news for a couple months now. It’s basically a local news app that covers everything happening around Hilton Head, Bluffton, and the surrounding Lowcountry area. Pretty solid if you’re into keeping up with your community.
Here’s what you can do: browse the latest local and breaking news stories, check out the weather and traffic updates, and read all the opinions and columns from the Island Packet newspaper. There’s also the ability to share articles on social media, which is pretty handy. And the app’s got some nice photo and video galleries – took me a while to find those at first, but they’re a cool way to see what’s going on.
Look, if you live in or around Hilton Head, you’ll probably find this app useful. It’s not perfect – the ads can get a bit annoying if you don’t pay – but overall it does a solid job of keeping you connected to your community. Worth checking out.
