this thing is not that great. my biggest complaint is I can't change my phone number. everyone i use the code they text me it says it's expired or timed out. and I use it immediately. and they send you the same exact code every single time you try

edit: the app is tweaking out and is now useless! I demand a response. I took a screen recording of it. original: nothing works. login information is correct. 19 out of 20 attempts to sign in fails. "choose a different account" password and login id are correct. it's buggy from start to end. and it's not even a real app, it's a web browser overlay.

app is difficult to use. I would send a screenshot if i could. Make it phone user-friendly! words overlap, and it's difficult to fix my time card! update this now! also, once I log in, the default scene is the login scene. how douse this make sense. if it wasn't for the upper right showing I'm logged in, I'd be losing my mind. Fix it Fix it Fix it!!!

Why does the app no longer allow me to 'preview check'? It links to a blank page when checking it through the app on my phone. There is no way to reach out to customer service directly for assistance. Overall, the app is difficult to navigate, when it decides to work.

You would think the app to track your time would know what time it is. You'd be wrong. it thinks I puncehd in at midnight instead of 10am. When you try and edit it makes a mess of everything. Now apparently I punched in and out at same time. Also, I thought I stopped it from asking to verify account. Wrong. You shouldn't have to reverify account so often. It's ridiculous. Why does it log you out of app when you are punched in to begin with? Every time I open the app I have to relogin or verify.

I highly doubt this company even uses their own app. It is absolutely horrendous. It rarely works, extremely buggy, and it's a hassle to even login. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unless you're severely strapped for cash, please avoid at all costs. The app feels like it's from the late 1990s. I'd be surprised if their developers make over minimum wage. Probably outsourced to a different company for like $3 per day. It genuinely gets worse every day.

The app has issues logging in constantly, the authentication is annoying compared to other time keeping apps I've used. Just lost ability to modify timesheets on Beta version for some reason. So I'm forced to use the classic an it is absolutely horrible. If the Beta version isn't fully functional very soon we're pulling our company out. The email verification on the PC everyday is so stupid.

This app isn't half as good as Paycom, it has to send a code after you put in your password. clocking in and out is a pain. With paycom you could set your in and out times, you set your (in) time say 6am get to work at 5:48am tap clock in and 6am is clocked same with (out) time. Finding what you need in the app is a chore. I see why it's 2.8 stars. Lots of unhappy users.

3rd time keeping app in 2 and a half years. By far the worst. Sometimes it punches in and out smoothly but usually it does not. One day it took 4 minutes to log in another 7 minutes. You have to log in and enter security codes needlessly often.Hard to read text in the app and it's not intuitive at all. If you're not a fan of needless headaches and anxiety go elsewhere.

This app sucks. You have to type in the pin at least twice before it will let you sign in. And now, for at least a week, the home page won't even load. All it gives me is a white screen so I can't even attempt to clock in. I've had to email my supervisor every day to fix my timecard.

App is not responsive nor intuitive. It takes an average of five minutes to clock in or out. Sometimes waiting up to ten minutes or longer. The two step verification is not necessary and can add an additional five minutes to the process. The gps doesn't always work causing clock ins to fail. Its hard to keep track of missed punches.

This app is atrocious. It asks for authentication every time you log in. It doesn't seem to sync properly with the desktop version (to the point where the head of our HR told us to not use the app). Coming from Paylocity, this is a ridiculous app that seems like it should be cool (awesome front end user interface), but really doesn't follow through with back end strength. Steer clear!

This app and just whole site in general is god awful. If I could give it no stars I would... ;( The basic home page set up is unusable... Everything is so much more difficult to find than needs to be. Not to mention I'm unable to see the majority of the info I DID have EASY access to when using another app before our company made a switch.... What a terrible decision... I really hope something will be changed/fixed soon this is just incredibly inconvenient for something so important.?!

Half the time I can't log in. It tells me time out occurred. If it does work it takes a few minutes to login . And like most reviews on here it won't actually save your login info. I've had several missed punches after clocking out. I'll just say I'm happy the company I work for is losing this property so I won't have to use isolved anymore.

This app is terrible. It won't even open. Just sits there. What did you do to this app? Totally useless. Last week it worked fine. Now it won't open. I went on the website to log on and checked my account and it stated no such account. I got an email this morning stating my pay stub was available and I've had an account since September but today no such account. How could an app be so messed up? Totally worthless!

What the actual hell did you guys do to this app?? Completely unusable not. It was never really what I would call good in the first place considering it's just a web browser link, but now It can't even load the login screen. I get a blank white screen with no indication anything is happening. I'm constantly timed out and have to go through 2 step verification, it never remembers my device, and it won't let me set up touch ID. I need this app to clock in work. GET IT FIGURED OUT.

This app is awful. I couldn't punch in this morning and still can not punch out. (Not the first and won't be the last time). (Failed to load time card all day). I've un-installed and installed multiple times in the past few months. Also, this 24-hour verification thing is a nuisance. People are trying to punch in to work so WE CAN GET PAID!!!! FIX IT!!

Calling this thing a hunk of junk would be an insult to garbage. This was the 3rd system we've tried and it has been so far the worst. It's a pain in the @ss for employees trying to clock in/clock out in a timely manner. The extra levels of security for what it is is unnecessary. Demanded I verify hours w/ a notification but then when I get in the app there's nothing of note. If you're an employer considering this app for your business, I'd suggest you move to the next option.

Not user friendly at all. It's much more difficult to use than it needs to be. If I have 1/2 the day as personal time, and punches on the other 1/2, the system adds the personal time as specfic clocked hours and messes up my punches, even on other days. I have to fix other punches and will get in trouble with my employer for "manipulating my time." Well I had to fix my time because of the issue THIS APP causes. I wish we had a better, more professional system than this. I do not trust this app.

horrible app. login is a process that has to be done twice every single time. takes a long time to load after that. why does the keyboard pop up when the only options in clocking in and out are a drop down menu? the keyboard steps over the drop down window! why? when you clock in and out you want it to fast and painless. not all these hurdles. it's a good concept with everything else provided but damn... that clock in and out is horrible! fix it. in and out. quick.
