this thing is not that great. my biggest complaint is I can't change my phone number. everyone i use the code they text me it says it's expired or timed out. and I use it immediately. and they send you the same exact code every single time you try

edit: the app is tweaking out and is now useless! I demand a response. I took a screen recording of it. original: nothing works. login information is correct. 19 out of 20 attempts to sign in fails. "choose a different account" password and login id are correct. it's buggy from start to end. and it's not even a real app, it's a web browser overlay.
app is difficult to use. I would send a screenshot if i could. Make it phone user-friendly! words overlap, and it's difficult to fix my time card! update this now! also, once I log in, the default scene is the login scene. how douse this make sense. if it wasn't for the upper right showing I'm logged in, I'd be losing my mind. Fix it Fix it Fix it!!!
Why does the app no longer allow me to 'preview check'? It links to a blank page when checking it through the app on my phone. There is no way to reach out to customer service directly for assistance. Overall, the app is difficult to navigate, when it decides to work.
You would think the app to track your time would know what time it is. You'd be wrong. it thinks I puncehd in at midnight instead of 10am. When you try and edit it makes a mess of everything. Now apparently I punched in and out at same time. Also, I thought I stopped it from asking to verify account. Wrong. You shouldn't have to reverify account so often. It's ridiculous. Why does it log you out of app when you are punched in to begin with? Every time I open the app I have to relogin or verify.
I highly doubt this company even uses their own app. It is absolutely horrendous. It rarely works, extremely buggy, and it's a hassle to even login. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Unless you're severely strapped for cash, please avoid at all costs. The app feels like it's from the late 1990s. I'd be surprised if their developers make over minimum wage. Probably outsourced to a different company for like $3 per day. It genuinely gets worse every day.
The app has issues logging in constantly, the authentication is annoying compared to other time keeping apps I've used. Just lost ability to modify timesheets on Beta version for some reason. So I'm forced to use the classic an it is absolutely horrible. If the Beta version isn't fully functional very soon we're pulling our company out. The email verification on the PC everyday is so stupid.
This app isn't half as good as Paycom, it has to send a code after you put in your password. clocking in and out is a pain. With paycom you could set your in and out times, you set your (in) time say 6am get to work at 5:48am tap clock in and 6am is clocked same with (out) time. Finding what you need in the app is a chore. I see why it's 2.8 stars. Lots of unhappy users.
3rd time keeping app in 2 and a half years. By far the worst. Sometimes it punches in and out smoothly but usually it does not. One day it took 4 minutes to log in another 7 minutes. You have to log in and enter security codes needlessly often.Hard to read text in the app and it's not intuitive at all. If you're not a fan of needless headaches and anxiety go elsewhere.
This app sucks. You have to type in the pin at least twice before it will let you sign in. And now, for at least a week, the home page won't even load. All it gives me is a white screen so I can't even attempt to clock in. I've had to email my supervisor every day to fix my timecard.
