Great app, better support! Was looking for an app to help declutter and organize my home. The multitude of options is great and I started to see this app like a swiss army knive. Besides my home, I can also use it to order my collections ( stamps, postcards) and even organize my important personal documents. Was afraid of the limitations but I found that fear was unfounded. Contacted support and a few hours later they informed the Premium storage limit of 2Gb. And that's a lot. *****
Reviews for Itemtopia Inventory
I was going to leave a 5-star review until i realised that windows availability is a lie. Using bluestacks is a nightmare, you have to be very tech savvy to have it and it needs to be installed, which means you can't access your account from any windows PC, which would be the only solution if my phone was stolen and needed to access the phone's details for insurance purposes. It would have been so much easier to just have a decent website!!!!! Very disappointed, I don't like false advertising
I like this but wish it could "join" collections. I would like to have a field in a collection where I select something from another collection. For example, maybe I have a collection of books and want to note if a book is in a trilogy and which trilogy it's in. I'd like to have a different collection of trilogies and then be able to select one (or more) of those in the book entry. That's what I'd really love! Still feeling out the app otherwise.
I've been using Itemtopia for a number of years now & all of the sudden it won't let me add any new items and is forcing me to Premium. It looks like they changed their pricing model to only 100 items (in one of their responses below, they write "May 29, 2023Itemtopia is FREE to use. FREE. Nothing is hidden. You can add unlimited Items, Notes, Receipts and Images. The Premium option is only if you wish to print QR Codes, or export data and this typically businesses." I can't even download
Edited to add after the response I got. I uninstalled the app and reinstall it and it's works great. 5 stars because it's been my go to app and now I add great customer service! Was my absolute favorite app. I can't not get the "What's new" pop up to go away. Even when I click tap to learn more, it comes straight back. I can not access anything at this time. Hopefully this will be addresses soon because I loved this app.
Great app, however has a number of bugs. It frequently just stops working. Would be great if it automatically saves your work. Had to redo inputs a number of times because I forgot to manually save. Also would be very helpful to have a desktop version, or at least a place to go online and see your stuff on the website. Response to questions and feedback is limited to non-existent. This app has the potential to be life-changing but requires much better support.
Casual or semi-frequent users with a limited budget: this is NOT for you. As good of a cataloging, inventory, tracker type app you'll find, it is too pricey for most. Again, this is probably the BEST app of its kind on the playstore. Unfortunately the free/basic plan is too limited in every aspect it might as well be listed as a paid/prem only app. There will be a lite version of the app coming soon so tbd.
I couldn't add photos because it kept along for a permission to be set in settings. I went into my app permissions on my phone and set every permission as allowed. Then I went back to the app and looked for settings everywhere in app Would not let me add any photos through my library. I can't spend a ton of time going around in circles I'm just wanting to add some items this app just takes you in circles. Seems like a great idea but I have a lot of work to do and I can't keep playing with it.
This app, Itemtopia, is great! You can organize your items in a way that is as detailed as you want it to be. Add spaces and groups to help organize your things into a very useful and efficient format. My only positive criticism actually comes from the fact that it's so detailed. That is the fact that it can be a bit daunting in appearance when first used. Stick with it! It gets much easier and is worth the learning curve!
The app is really good, I like everything about this, I've been using it for collectibles lists and I'm really satisfied with it but I've been hit with a subscription wall and I'm just going back to making spreadsheets. I'd prefer if there was a one time purchase option bc everything is already a subscription and I have enough stuff I have to pay for forever Edit: I stand by my judgement, freescription is becoming just as bad as freemium, I'm not renting another thing
