The updated app isn't so much terrible. However, the CC icon isn't enabled on the phone app to enable the selection of language choice. Although, this option is available while using the TV. Kindly look into it as this has discouraged me a lot and may stop me from subscribing further.

Five ads, each 30 seconds long, every 15 minutes. If you fast-forward or rewind, there are ads. If it weren't for the series I've always wanted to rewatch, I wouldn't have downloaded this app. It's the only platform that has my favorite TV drama. Once I finish the series, I'm deleting it.
Everything is great except there's no subtitle. C'mon non Filipinos watch your movies too but how do you expect us to understand with no subtitles. please work on it. we were able to activate on our TV but got so disappointed and lost interest when we figured out there's no subtitle and there's no way for us to even enter for subtitles
im so disappointed with the new updates version of iwant. it hard to log in to your app. it always said there that " SAE-100 server is taking too long to respond. please try again ". it easier for me to pay the 119.00 peso subscription fee. but the loading part is very very very very very hard. please fix it right away or else many of your loyal subscribers will find other app that offer similar content.
This review is for the roku UI device which is not so great for teleserye after the update. The episode thumbnail selections menu is unavailable now and all you have is back, restart & forward controls not specific episodes. I literally have to go on my phone, select the specific episode, then play it for a while then go back to roku player and only then it'll play the episode I selected & played on the phone app.. BOO! This is amateur move by the roku app developers and a complete oversight.
So, I installed and create an account for this just to check what are included in the free subscription. However, I also have saved a card for payment for all of my subscriptions and I accidentally upgraded it to premium cause I thought the word "subscribe" below its Showtime were to be notified for new episodes for the shows you're following. On the same day I did cancel the subscription but I'm already billed in my card for the subscription. I was wondering if I could get refunded for that.
So, I've been using the app for a week now, and it was fine, until recently, I can not search anything, nor play any videos. I attempted clearing cache, force stopping, uninstall and reinstalling the app, signing out and in of the app, and nothing worked. I did even try switching from WiFi to mobile network, but both are already run way above the 2 mbps it runs at 70 mbps. I have a premium subscription and it's going to waste now. If there is a solution to this, I would rate it 5 stars.
I stream on TV and it gets frustrating. So many bugs need fixing but will only mentioned few. 1. New episodes don't get uploaded on time ( faster on youtube and its free). 2. When new episodes get uploaded, the video keeps freezing but audio continues im the background so will end up to reset app multiple times to watch in full as a workaround. 3. I pay $22.99 a month but i sometimes get "not a subscriber" when trying to watch new episode. :(
I can't log in using my mobile data. It keep saying network error but I have full signal bar. Maybe it's time to unsubscribed. It's very hard to contact the customer support. Only through email!. They don't have live chat or hotline to call. Basically, you will have to wait whenever they feel like to answer or help you.
Slow and doesnt load! I keep restarting my phone and uninstalling the app many times on my phone. But keeps giving me error message "unable to load due to connection" I have a full bar all the time and still saying the same thing. I have a premium account and I'm paying for crapy site. It's been ongoing until now. How are you going to fix this?🤨🙄😤
