Ten years (10!) after its creation, this app is STILL unable to offer full screen reading in landscape mode; the status bar remaining no matter what. The mind boggles. Support doesn't care, and hasn't for the past few years since it's was first mentioned to them. "Technical constraint", they say. My hairy butt. Such BS. Laziness, more like it. ANY goddamn app out there that wants to go full screen does it. The end. Pass on it and prefer the competition.

Not quite sure what "Downloading" a comic is on this app because I can't read it offline. A downloaded comic never opens again after I close the app even when I'm online. Got this app because I purchased a Humble Bundle set, and now sorely disappointed I can't even read what I purchased.

Bad experience for download, it takes time and suddenly it failed. The UI is not that smooth, and the subscription is not much to read for, it's basically just a preview of some volumes of manga and you have to buy it for the latest volume.

For two days the app has refused to load comics that I own and have downloaded. Everything else works in the app, I can search the catalog, even purchase more stuff, but cannot read the books I already own. This is not an internet/network issue, as I said, the comics were already downloaded

The language selection does not work very well, as in many words are still in French when the selection is set for English. There is no way to filter the subscription comics that you have already paid for from the comics that you have to buy.

Decent service, but there are not many English options, especially with manga. Series like My Hero Academia, Hunter x Hunter, One Piece, etc.. are no where to be found in English. If you're French or German it's perfect, but unfortunately I don't speak or read those languages.

Great app BUT there are multiples BUGS regarding the promotions. For instance I go into the promotion "29 marvel comics at 0,99€ , then choose "Black Widow" from the list, and when I want to pay...it costs 4,99 €...! C'MON GUYS...!! This unfortunately happens quite a lot. Otherwise, great choice (in french at least) Cheers

Horrible. Would actually be good if the coding was too, and if the app wouldn't be submerged in bugs. For how long this app has existed, the fact the app is broken everywhere is very surprising. It is also incredibly expensive, and refunds take months to come back. Their business model is just keep taking people's money and gluing them to their subscription until you threaten them, to cancel your subscription. Took 9 months for then to finally end mine. Overall, good idea but poor execution.

So far i do not like it a made two payments for a comic they took my payment but i still cant read the book only the preview 😤 I'm editing my review. My problem was fixed and they manage to do it very quickly. I also had some questions and they were able to reply and give me an explanation which i understood. I previously gave a two star but now will leave a four. The app is not bad and as long as they have ppl who can work with you when you need them it's all good.

This is a review of the service as well as the app. Pros: -Selection of books (except manga) -UI -Switch App -Prices -Free Stuff Cons: -Spelling/Better Translations Needed -Needs American English -Has almost no manga -Do not send me french notifications -Need to be able to subscribe in the app not on a site -Redirect me to the US site -Customer Service Overall: If manga is what you want, go elsewhere. Overall however, it is not bad. Especially if you have a Nintendo Switch.
