Ten years (10!) after its creation, this app is STILL unable to offer full screen reading in landscape mode; the status bar remaining no matter what. The mind boggles. Support doesn't care, and hasn't for the past few years since it's was first mentioned to them. "Technical constraint", they say. My hairy butt. Such BS. Laziness, more like it. ANY goddamn app out there that wants to go full screen does it. The end. Pass on it and prefer the competition.

Not quite sure what "Downloading" a comic is on this app because I can't read it offline. A downloaded comic never opens again after I close the app even when I'm online. Got this app because I purchased a Humble Bundle set, and now sorely disappointed I can't even read what I purchased.

Bad experience for download, it takes time and suddenly it failed. The UI is not that smooth, and the subscription is not much to read for, it's basically just a preview of some volumes of manga and you have to buy it for the latest volume.

For two days the app has refused to load comics that I own and have downloaded. Everything else works in the app, I can search the catalog, even purchase more stuff, but cannot read the books I already own. This is not an internet/network issue, as I said, the comics were already downloaded

The language selection does not work very well, as in many words are still in French when the selection is set for English. There is no way to filter the subscription comics that you have already paid for from the comics that you have to buy.

Decent service, but there are not many English options, especially with manga. Series like My Hero Academia, Hunter x Hunter, One Piece, etc.. are no where to be found in English. If you're French or German it's perfect, but unfortunately I don't speak or read those languages.

Great app BUT there are multiples BUGS regarding the promotions. For instance I go into the promotion "29 marvel comics at 0,99€ , then choose "Black Widow" from the list, and when I want to pay...it costs 4,99 €...! C'MON GUYS...!! This unfortunately happens quite a lot. Otherwise, great choice (in french at least) Cheers

Horrible. Would actually be good if the coding was too, and if the app wouldn't be submerged in bugs. For how long this app has existed, the fact the app is broken everywhere is very surprising. It is also incredibly expensive, and refunds take months to come back. Their business model is just keep taking people's money and gluing them to their subscription until you threaten them, to cancel your subscription. Took 9 months for then to finally end mine. Overall, good idea but poor execution.

So far i do not like it a made two payments for a comic they took my payment but i still cant read the book only the preview 😤 I'm editing my review. My problem was fixed and they manage to do it very quickly. I also had some questions and they were able to reply and give me an explanation which i understood. I previously gave a two star but now will leave a four. The app is not bad and as long as they have ppl who can work with you when you need them it's all good.

This is a review of the service as well as the app. Pros: -Selection of books (except manga) -UI -Switch App -Prices -Free Stuff Cons: -Spelling/Better Translations Needed -Needs American English -Has almost no manga -Do not send me french notifications -Need to be able to subscribe in the app not on a site -Redirect me to the US site -Customer Service Overall: If manga is what you want, go elsewhere. Overall however, it is not bad. Especially if you have a Nintendo Switch.

The subscription offers access to a large catalogue with a good variety of interesting comics for a fair price! There's also a trial period to try it out! The app has had some recent updates as I understand it and works great for me, so long as I pre-download the comic. The mode where you can move from one cell to the next is pretty great in the app! You can also access the comics through the web on your phone. The team are very responsive and helped me with a technical problem.

Le Frustration... The app works, but it has problems in areas that need total stability. When reading online, it forgets my page position not by a page or two but by chapters, so I thought I'll download the comic to my local storage, this worked, it now rembers my page location. But ... Now it fails to load sections of any given comic and the only way I seem able to get the pages to load, is to delete and redownload the whole comic again. Poor.

Scamy. I wanted to test the trial, cancelled my sub so as to not forget and get auto-renewal. They just declined my order of trial after a few days, I didn't get any promised trial (couldn't read anything, cause the app kept telling me that purchase needed to be authorized). And now the app says I am ineligible and wants me to pay 9.99. That's lying about your product.

The reader itself is fine. Unfortunately I've never before used an app that so often fails during a download or fails to simply load a comic book without downloading it. Furthermore sorting options are non-existent. Using the izneo website is a superior experience in both regards. I guess that helps, but the app is simply not a good experience.

1. Very slow: it takes time to load covers. 2. Not clear pricing: one has to click to see the price, which even multiplies the slowness (see point above). 3. Not fully translated into English. 4. Too expensive pricing strategy: charges for comics, which are for example for free on graphite at a click of a button.

Found a free promotional month so desided to check it out. Wanted to re-read a series (The Boys), added series to my list on my computer - tried to pull it up on my iPad, series not there and not showing up on any searches - same issue on android app. After about 30 minutes of going back and forth to try and find the series on the mobile app I gave up, uninstalled, and canceled - shouldn't be that much of a pain.

No longer will offer other languages than French. Often pages do not load, or even full books, even for comics that have been downloaded! Only reason I got it was to be able to read comics I bought in a humble bundle, else I would have stayed far away from it.

Love being able to buy franco-belgian comics online in multiple languages, but the app can be a bit buggy at times ( does not load well all the time and sometimes there's no option to purchase and you have to go through the website to purchase.) Also, the app could use support for the Dutch language stuff you can purchase on the website. Edit: purchase options are better and Dutch is now available in the app. Just wish more publishers would sign up for the Dutch releases, but I'm sure that'll h

I tried creating an account on my Nintendo Switch to use this app but it for some reason would not let me create it after I entered all of my new login information. I then decided to install the app on my phone to try and make account there, while it did let me finally create an account, it wouldn't let me login using my account information after I let it automatically save to Google. I keep trying to log in on numerous devices but it just doesn't let me for some reason. Disappointed

Fantastic library when it comes to non-manga comics. Unfortunately buying individual comics is expensive, considering they are not DRM-free. The service would make more sense if all content became part of a (higher tier?) subscription. The app itself needs does need some optimisation, but the quality of the comics and reader are really good.
