App seems to run smoothly, but it's incredibly unintuitive and a real slog to actually use. First I had to log in twice and select my restaurant twice. I was browsing the menu, selected a category, didn't see anything in it I was interested in, so I used my phones back button to go back one screen (to the main menu screen) as seems to be standard function for Android apps, but it took me all the way back to login. Using an app shouldn't take more time and trouble than ordering in person.

This app continues to place my online orders at the same store even when I change the order location to a different store it still submits the order to that one location. And since there is absolutely NO option to cancel orders after they are placed and the stores can't issue a refund I end up paying for orders that I can not pick up.. multiple times now I have wasted money on food that my family did not get to enjoy..

i'd probably eat at jack's way more if the app actually allowed me to edit things like condiments. i have food sensitivities, i can't get everything "as is", and it's a huge oversight that i can't edit the way i need to, and instead have to physically go in or through the drivethru to order when literally every other food app on the planet lets me customize as i need. it's very disappointing.

The app works okay, but you can't pull nutrient information. It just goes nowhere. But the biggest issue is they want a one hour lead time and your food is stone cold when you get it. Why does it take an hour to make a burger and fries? McDonald's has it figured out. Taco bell has it figured out. Wendy's, burger king. They all make it when you get there. I'll be Uninstalling the app because if I'm not using it to order, what's the point?

Ordering fails at checkout. Signed up for new rewards account. Entered all my info. Go to checkout and app says my order fails because first name is required. My name is everywhere it should be. Logged out and back in, forced stop, nothing works. On top of this, the free fry or pie you get for signing up can't be added to the mobile order, completely defeating the purpose of the app

The new updated version is no good. I have a very difficult time getting the page to load to order food. And also y'all went way up on the amount of points used for rewards...not cool. Every time someone updates something it always seems to be worse. When will ppl learn to leave well enough alone. Also 5 stars for the old outdated version.

having problems with the app and staying logged in. on mobile android, if you switch to redeem or any of the other items at the bottom, it makes the app log you out. it also signs you out of the order screen sometimes. I ended up accidentally ordering my first time using the app yesterday without signing in as it ended up signing me out even though I had just signed in! Missing out on redeemable points, sadly. also entering my email, phone and name did not make the points get redeemed to me.

3 days ago this app was randomly uninstalled from my device. After reinstalling I have been unable to log back in. Even thought my password was correct, I attempted the "reset password" process several times in an attempt to gain access to my account, but I keep getting an "oops this phone is taken" error. I sent a support ticket via the website but have not heard back. I had over 1000 points available. Very frustrating.

Dog water App.Constant issues with accepting orders more often than not I get an error message telling me my order cannot be placed at this time. Please contact the store you ordered from They don't knowThey laugh at me when I call. Then if I am able to actually order food, I'll get a captcha that is always a fail. I delete the order, empty the cache, I restart the app, sign in, rinse repeat. Now it isn't taking payment or giving new rewards. I will update if it gets fixed.

WORST RESTAURANT APP EVER! It is slow and difficult. Can't redeem any deals with ordering in the app. Delivery through DoorDash is always an issue. I type in the correct address, but it sends it to another part of the county. I have to call the Dasher to make sure they know where to go. This issue can't be blamed on Google Maps, as I have verified the address on there. Also, who puts Captcha's on an app???? It always messes up and then I can't order before the cut off time. Terrible app!

First of all I love Jack's. The app works well but they need an area designated for pickup. Since I'm using the app my order is already placed and paid for. To avoid going in, you have to wait in the LONG drive through to get your food. I've used it once and they left my biscuits off my order. That's rare. I usually have perfect service their so I'm just going to chalk it up to getting the bugs out of the process and try again later.

App works fine for the most part, but the issue I'm writing about makes the app essentially worthless for me. I frequently get receipts where the qr code to scan for points is poorly printed or has a grease spot right on it that makes it not scan, which would be fine if the option to type it in actually worked. I'll type it in correctly and go back over it repeatedly to make sure its right but it always says the code seems invalid despite the fact I'm putting it in correctly.

Horrific application, great food and place to eat. As of late the app doesn't like scanning rewards codes. HATES you placing an order. Like it WILL NOT remember my local store and if I try selecting them. It only links me OUT OF THE APP into the web browser. Spent half an hour at least trying to apply a deal because it would disappear as I clicked it. -1 star

I continue to get receipts that don't print well, I scan, it says "invalid receipt". I manually put in the correct QR #, also says "invalid receipt". I'm extremely frustrated at your app, why bother offering rewards and eating there if the app doesn't work correctly. I scanned it in the restaurant. I tried scanning again later that same night w same results. There are plenty of other chicken places I can go to and recommend to others if this continues. How do I get my pts for $24 spent

App stopped scanning points and won't let me enter the qr code either. Ive asked repeatedly for someone to contact me about this. Ive been a very loyal customer for many years and am getting very frustrated I can't get the App to work or anyone to contact me back after leaving at least 4 or 5 messages. It also stopped letting me scan more than one receipt in a day. Sometimes it makes me wait 48 hrs and I'm losing points by not being able to enter them. Extremely unhappy and very disappointed 😞

There's nowhere to order extra sauce. Some of the normal items on the menu are not on the app. New items frequently just refuse to show up. One of my biggest frustrations, is there is no option to keep someone signed into the app. I really hope to see these issues resolved in the near future. As Jack's is the only restaurant within reasonable distance to my home. P.S. It would be amazing if you put an Easter egg to unlock the hidden off menu menu. So we can get that chopped steak dinner. ;-)

Update: It seems the main issue has been fixed, but I'm still missing hundreds of points. Jack's is great, but this app is horrible. I used to use it just fine, but now it takes me to a web page to order. It doesn't remember my location, makes me input all my information every time, and I'm missing a TON of reward points. The rewards haven't updated in 2 months, and I should have enough to redeem for the top reward a few times by this point.

I like the app, but it should show prices on the pages where you can see the full list of meal types (like the burgers list, or the chicken list). Having to open each on individually to see prices makes me not even want to eat at McDonald's. And the nutritional info isn't accessable, this also makes me want to eat elsewhere. Other than that I like the app is convenient, it just needs those changes for me to keep eating at Jack's.

Unfortunately, I've had to lower my rating from 5 stars to 2. I hardly use the app now because I can only order "as is." It doesn't give the option to customize. Also, only part of the menu is listed on the app. For example, I can't order Pancakes only because the app only gives the option to order a side with pancakes. It's almost useless. Please update.

works smoothly but there are so many problems with it, you can't customize every item, some items you can only get the combo with. you have to call and tell them what you want on your food. the taxing on some of the bigger deals seems to be a literal rip off, for instance the family burger meal is $25 but in check out the taxes increase it to $35.
