This app constantly needs to be updated and is usually janky AF. Seems like every time I open it it needs an update. Sometimes it works fine but other times there's long loading screens and errors when I try to look at menu items (just now it kept giving me an error and reloading when I would click on the bites section of the menu). More often than not it's some degree of hassle.

Charges a fee at checkout to use the app. Also incredibly slow. Takes forever to place an order. Between being charged extra for no reason and the slowness you're better off going to the store. It is faster and cheaper. Even more better is to go somewhere else where ylthey appreciate their customers instead of punishing them.

It's been horrible for over a month. I have been charged for a full drink when I was suppose to get 3 dollars off when. the promotion was on going late June. and today ive been on this app for over 30 min. trying to place an order and it's never ending loading. it won't update any changes and its freezes on that page. when I open the app. it stays on hello sunshine for 10min. without change. im sick of seeing those words now at this point nowing its going to stay locked on it.

I really want to love this app, but the payment portion always gives me issues a d it won't save gift cards. Then it won't allow you to apply the same card for later orders, even if you have a balance left. Then the app gives errors when changing to my card and I have to close the app and start again. I also wish I would let you select to remove or substitute honey for the waffle bowls. otherwise, if im ordering a bowl, its a little pointless to try to use the app.

This ia an extremely glitchy app. I have reinstalled it countless times over the years and it's never gotten better. I have issues choosing locations, seeing the menu, adding items to the cart, with payments - literally every and anything that could be dysfunctional has been. Today (like many other days) - I told my kids that I give up and we're getting boba instead.

Initially I gave the app 1 star because it wasn't compatible with my old phone, then I got a new phone and the app has updated again. Verdict: still sucks. For some reason pressing the back button on my phone exits me from the app rather than go back a page, an issue I've never come across in any other app. Plus the ingredients description for the drinks are really weird and difficult to read. I don't want a poem about the drink flavor, just give me the ingredients in a list.

The app won't let me log in no matter how many times I change my password. When I use the website on my computer or phone, I can log in, but not on this app. edit: 9/18/25 the app is still NOT working. it logs me out every couple weeks and makes me reset my password numerous times. it states my password is incorrect when in fact it is not. this is frustrating that it is not being fixed.

Update: My Favorites got wiped and there is no option to add items to the new Favorites system despite the app saying so. On top of that, there's a lot less items to order now, so even less incentive for me to order through the app. At this point, the app is just a digital rewards card for me. Original: Does not support oatmeal orders despite the app having it on the menu. Keeps demanding that you pick an additional topping, which would make you pay $0.50 more per oatmeal. Not cool.

The app is very mid or less right now. It is slow and there is a little lag when navigating in it. Also, I'm not a fan of how it FORCES you to find a nearby location before it lets you into the app. I just want to browse ahead of time and not necessarily select my location yet. Also, they don't make it easy to add a gift card if you have one. Please Jamba juice team, revamp and improve your app for a better, seamless experience! This used to be so much easier to use in years past!

These 2 updates are very glitchy. I can't do much in it now, cuz it keeps loading and when I want to look at my info settings page it does nothing. So when I scroll down to report problems, it won't stay at the bottom where the report icon is. It keeps going to the top of the page. I can't do much of anything now in the app.

They add a junk fee for paying online now, even though it's clearly more efficient for them if you do. The offers used to make up for this, but they got more and more stingy - today I got a literal one cent "member" discount. You might seriously consider just ordering in the store. Ordering delivery via the app gives completely misleading time estimates as they don't include the delivery time. The feedback submission buttons in the app are broken, both from order history and elsewhere.

by far one of the worst apps I've ever used. so glitchy. I've reset my location several times. when I placed my order it still sent it to the location that was originally used in my first purchase. therefore, I just paid $40.00 for two drinks. BTW, I've tried calling the store that the app incorrectly sent the order through, and it's consistently busy, so it's not like I could call them to give them a heads up to cancel the order.... tremendously lame....

This app is great when it works. *When* it works. I've frequently had issues getting it to load correctly, signing into my account, and getting it to remember things within the account (like favorite orders). After the last update, when I try to login it insists I update my information and input information that I know it already had. When I submit the information it tells me it has an error and to try again later. So the app is unusable for me right now.

Ever since the big update this app has been all but worthless to me and others I know. You still cannot choose the location you're ordering from (for deliveries), menu items that I know are available at the store do not show in the app, and when entering my address, it forces me to use a street in my address that isn't right lol. I cannot get it to use the right address. In short, this app is now even worse?! 😡

Ever since they re did their app, the rewards are practically useless in comparison to so many other reward apps. A lot of their deals are just spent 10 bucks, and you get 2 dollars off if you happen to come back in 3 days or expire. Or buy 2 smoothies for about 20 bucks, and we will take off 2 bucks. Honestly, you're better off just spending money elsewhere for cheaper, but if you like spending 125 bucks for a free smoothie, it's the app for you. Update 01/08/25 : The Rewards don't work

Updated review: This app is now somehow much slower and won't even let you add cards to order. Useless app. Original review (11/21/21) : One of the most frustrating food apps out there. Half the time it says stores are already closed when trying to order ahead, you can't order anything after noon or it says the store is close to closing and you also can't order during "busy hours."

It's been over a month since I gave feedback within the app about the horrendous performance. Today I placed an order at my usual location, or so I thought I did. I look back and the payment screen is still loading. Since I pressed placed order, finished getting ready, walked out and drove to the shop, only to find out they didn't have an order for me. I checked the app again and it was still trying to process after I submitted my order. Windows 95 runs faster than this heap.

This is the worst mobile-ordering app I've ever used. So buggy and slow. Everything you tap on takes 30 seconds to load to the next page. I started trying to put my order in at 6:50, it took so long to load my payment method (10 minutes) that it said I couldn't use my reward for the $5 smoothie that ends at 7. If I hit enter at 6:50 it should still go through. Ridiculous. Guess they're not getting my business.

This app kind of sucks now. Can't do anything on it. The first thing it wants is the location and wants you to order. Why isn't there an option anymore to where you don't have to make an order through the app. I liked it when I was just able to scan it in order to use the deals and gather points. Also, the birthday coupon never showed up last year. So I basically had to show my ID to prove it was birthday. The new app sucks.

The app needs significant improvements. When I set my preferred store, I expect it to remain the default for my next order. Instead, the app switched my store to one across the country. I tried to cancel the order immediately, but the provided number was unavailable. There’s no option to cancel or resolve this issue effectively within the app. This needs to be addressed urgently.
