Good app for travellers in Japan. Telling by filter your pass can go on Train without paid extra.

Useful app it would be better if you could save your trip searches under favorites.

For my recent trip to Japan I was using the free version. Then I got the paid version because it gave me which routes to take advantages of my JR Pass and later my Tokyo Metro Pass. Itinerary creating was neat. I used it a few times. Another good feature was locating public washrooms.

I purchased two 48hrs Toyko Subway Tickets but the Navitime app cannot show the QR code for redemption. sooo, slow. cannot login via any method. after half an hour wasted, there’s a page on premium plans. I just want a route, not the broken Ikea of phone apps

Been using this app ever since Hyperdia went away. I rely on it every time I am in Japan and has never failed me. Recommend highly.

The app is decent and provide helpful information. But for city transport agencies to reference to an app which has a paywall to provide sufficient information is weird and unhelpful.

No bus route map so you can’t see where you are with respect to the route. Almost unusable without monthly Premium charge. Constant popups to get you to buy Premium. Just use Google Maps.

Avoid this app, it’s useless and scam. It says 30-day ticket, but does not give one, 3-day Kansai pass is too expensive as well. There is no customer support!!

Works great for finding routes to-and-from destination locations. Helps organize everything and is extremely useful.
