Getting worse all the time. I usually stick with a routine order, but every time I go back, they've changed something and it's become asinine. It's bad enough that the store tends to overlook things on the order, but the last two updates have made it a hassle to even use. Even the Special Instructions barely give you the chance to type anything out. Fix the damn problems!

But even more disappointing for me is the format for re-ordering previous orders. The old app itemized previously-ordered items rather than lumping them together as an entire order, which allowed mixing-and-matching my favorites into a new order. The new app appears to only allow duplicating an entire previous order and is store-specific. Inconvenient!
this app never works for me. It always ends up directing me to the website which it's self can be a nightmare at times. The app cannot help you if you forget your password leaving you unable to get into the website and unable to order as a guest. I love their food so very much but I think there could be great improvement here to facilitate more business. There have been times I've ordered somewhere else because of how irritated I was with the app/website. :(
App is now a complete mess... before a recent update I was always told to scan the barcode to earn a visit. Now you're able to scan your QR code at the register... well I forgot to do that. I try scanning the receipt into my visit and while inside the restaurant a pop up states I'm not anywhere near a Jason's Deli location. Damnit... I cannot get my visit recorded.
Now that the kinks have been worked out for the rewards program, I love using this app. Only complaint is that if you add an item within the selection of another item, it doesn't show in your cart separately which causes a problem if you reorder. Sans that, love that you can customize and leave instructions. Jason's is our go-to for take out. Shout out to Broad and Willow Lawn in Richmond! 💕
App basically works, but the new rewards program is a complete fail. The app QR code for in store scans adds the PunchhQR line item to the receipt, but then never credits the account. Per FAQ, points take at least 4 hours to post, but if they don't YOU MUST contact customer service via email before 48 hours is up. Seriously? The "How do I know if I successfully checked in to get my Deli Dollars?" mentions that if it worked there won't be a bar code number on the receipt, just to add confusion.
WTH Happened!!!? The Jason's Deli app used to be great, then after the last update; I could no longer sign in (says: invalid login). I tried to reset the password and it still won't let me login (says: invalid username)..??? So finally I tried to uninstall and reinstall it...still no luck. It's been going on for about a month and they still haven't fixed this app's bug. I have heard that some people who have been able to login are missing their Deli Points from the Loyalty Program as well!
Tried to scan the image at the store, so did several member of the family. it was unrecognizable. finally downloaded the app from the play store. But when logging on it tells me that the info entered is invalid. I tried it 6 times and it finally seemed to log in. then tried to enter the code from the receipt and it tells me the code is invalid. tried it several times no luck. Miserable excuse for starting to use the system. doesnt work!
I'm rating one star because there's no way for me to see my order once it's been placed. I can see the amount of deli dollars I've earned and order number. Though what's on the order is not available anymore. I also am unable to find my Favorites. Please add a place for tipping. Otherwise I love Jason's Deli & app makes it much faster to order. Having favorites would make it even faster, I wouldn't have to look for items or make adjustments. I'll adjust rating when fixed.
Completely pointless app. I installed the app because I was sent an email telling me I'd lose my deli points. When I tried to sign in online it didn't work so I tried to change my password, which also didn't work. I thought the app would be easier but it's actually worse. There doesn't appear to be any way to reset your password within the app at all. What a waste of space. Uninstalling.
The ordering system works great which is why I gave it 3 stars but they forced me to get the app or lose my deli dollars. Since I downloaded it we have eaten there 3 times. Even though I ordered through the app I still have to enter my receipt but it won't give me any points. EVERY single time it says I have disqualifying items. Like what? Full price food? I always put it in within the 48 hour limit so that's not the problem. Having those dollars are useless if I can't get any more.
This app is terrible. Trying to add items to your checkout takes what feels like a full minute & at times it doesnt even add the item you want. I tried to place an order to avoid the line & spent so much time trying to get this app to accept my order it would have just been quicker if i had gone in person. All i kept getting was "we're sorry something went wrong" over & over. I do not recommend this app.
Oof. I love getting delivery from here, but the app is a nightmare. Doesn't send out email notifications, so either you call the store to make sure they got it (defeating the purpose of the app, aka not having to call the store) or cross your fingers. Now it tries to charge double tip, and the managers have to go through every night and adjust them all to be current apparently. This app desperately needs fixing and upgrading.
The app is easy to use, the only issue I have is once you place your order, there isn't a way to check the status. For example, I had a delivery and couldn't tell if it was on its way. Called the store, apparently it wasn't entered for delivery so had I not called I would still be waiting. 😁 Supposed to be delivered by 6:30 and I called after 7:00 and may get our food by 8:06.
I am super disappointed with the app now. I can't login, it won't let me reset my password, and it won't let me checkout as a guest. I was able to build an order eventually, but then it wouldn't even let me submit the order. Before then, the app crashed on me a few times. We ended up just going to order in person after wasting so much time on the app.
This app just goes from bad to worse. Was laggy as could be, but now it is unbearable. Screen will sit there as if it wants to work but then gives a network error and all other apps and Internet is working perfect otherwise. We used to order here every Saturday but I just can't take it anymore. Jason's you have been taken out of the regular rotation until you fire your app producers and rebuild from the ground up. I'd call to order but every time we do that, at least 2-3 things are incorrect.
Terrible. I downloaded & uninstalled 3 times. Every time I tried it, the app hung up on the 1st food item ordered. Plus all the negatives from the other reviewers. Jasons, ya'll need to get your act together. Your service has consistently gone downhill over the last 20+ years. Stop trying to expand to the moon and get your house in order!
Downloaded this app on two different phones, attempted to sign up with two different email addresses and all we ever get is "login failed." I eat here about once a week and would love to earn rewards. It's not just the app either I've never been able to set up an account on the website either. Y'all should probably fix that if you're going to advertise the rewards non-stop in your restaurants.
Food is spectacular but this app is trash. Cannot sign in at all. Put in the correct information, it says there's an error. I even changed the password thinking I had forgotten it but that still didn't work. Some of the best sandwiches but one of the worst apps. Can't take advantage of the rewards because I have to keep checking out as a guest. It's like $200 in orders that haven't been credited to my account. Just super annoying, hope it gets patched, whatever the issue is.
Unable to even create an account. I was going to order from the app, but I'd need to create an account. I've tried 4 times and every time it backs me out and clears all the fields so I have to start over. (and scrolling is almost impossible bc it registers any attempt to scroll as needing to input a field) And even when I finally get everything filled out, it won't let me continue as the button to actually register is dimmed. Love the food, but the app is worthless.
