Easy to use. Fun to use love it especially when the car is cool so much fun you can feel the power. Thank you so much . I'd to mention, though their troubleshooting is email only they helped me with my adapter and replaced it got damaged somehow and I was still under warranty. Thank you so much.

love the app, no problem with the connection like everybody is saying, just use a good device, well what I can say I general yeah it doesnt so all the functions of the steering whell bjt it does have the gauges and you can do data logs, the best what you can get for this price, the best money ever spend on jb4 in general, so glad that I went with it, you guys did a great job, in the near futer going with doc racing single turbo kit, cant wait to put out a serious power numbers

Took the JB4 off the car for a few days, reinstalled the kit and the app updated itself. Now it tells me to update firmware, fail every time, stuck at "Flashing..." then gets error: DFU DEVICE DISCONNECTED. Please help UPDATE: Clicking "Cancel" on the firmware update 3 times, then click "OK" to confirm, update succeeded. I guess the Bluetooth kit had to be waken up for the flashing or something like that.

Been using the JB4 and JB4 Mobile since the early days, it's amazing feature that provides monitoring, logging and adjustments in easy user friendly interface, the support of the team always exceed the expectations and they go above and beyond to make sure everything works perfectly, it's an amazing product with exceptional true after sales and support. Highly recommend them without hesitating 👌 👍

Note for newbies: if you're using the bluetooth kit to connect, you have to initiate the bluetooth connection from the app and not from the android system settings like every other bluetooth device you would use. It's pretty silly that it requires you to connect this way, but that's how it works.

Although I love the improvements the JB4 does to my car, unfortunately the app requires a lot of work. The inability for them to show gauges on Android Auto is blamed on Google, but given that Torque Pro can do it, I'm not convinced they've really tried. The fact that they don't support AIBoxes and with no indication that they ever will (had to find this out from support) is really disappointing.

What can I say, this app is a big fat RIP OFF!! Seems to be missing a bunch of things I would of expected as standard (like everything you can change from the steering wheel for starters), seriously needs a screen for setting all the configurations and vehicle gauges. I also find it ludicrous you have to pay for the app after paying $150 for the wireless dongle....

This app makes data logging and making adjustments extremely easy. The ability to view active readings of basically any 6 pieces of data on the car you want is great as well. Customer service helped me work through a connection problem that I was having to my tablet and was very pleasant to work with. Even though I have the free software for data logging on my computer to have it so easily available with a tablet is awesome. I’d definitely spend the money on it again!

Logging is.. more or less bulletproof now. But, there are no updates to the values after the first pass of each group in built in graph viewer. Seems to make least one new file after midnight. Restarting app helps a little but after enough times it will not connect to the jb4 unit. Maps have no descriptions so it's anyone's guess what settings are being applied when I pick one.

Tech support is practically non existent ( email only and they don't answer their phone and they don't listen to your messages if you leave one) and but the solutions they did offer didn't work then they told me I had the wrong jb4 connect despite me ordering the one labeled specifically for my car. They have a lot nerve charging this much money for a non functioning app that for some reason I can't get refunded.

Connects to unit without issue using BT. my problem with the app is it barely shows any gauge data. Boost, pedal, and rpm is all that is shown. Much more data is being collected in the logs but not displayed in the app. Disappointed

I like the app. but need work for dummy proof options, and advance options, separately.

I love the JB4 especially the new firmware updates recently. But what I don't understand is that randomly my IAT Gauge isn't reading....?

I been using this app for about a year or bit longer. I never had any issue until I changed my phone to newer phone. At this time I was having issue logging into my account so I reached out to support team at Jb4connectkit and they were very pleasant to deal with turn around time was exceptional.. great customer service by Miles and Chris to get me back online. Thanks to both of them to make this exceptional experience. Customer service oriented not sales oriented. Great service

Please do an update to do everything on the phone app.Because people with bmw e90/92 with upgraded digital cluster, they cannot control through the steering wheel.

Unit itself is great. The app is great when it connects. But sadly that's far too rare. And the company doesn't seem to care. Doesn't matter if you have Bluetooth or hard wired set up either. Most users experience the problem where it just won't connect. And then randomly once ever couple hundred attempts it might work. If they ever care enough to fix this very real problem the JB4 will be once of the very best options for tuning tubo cars. But without being able to connect I can't recommend.

Early days, only used for a few days but for me, so far, it does what is says it would. And using a Samsung galaxy S20 with a quality otg it is rock solid connection wise. What I do need to follow is the s6 connection approach though, as referred to by the developer in the introduction text. I.e. connect otg first, then plug USB. Logging is very very easy and autolog great. Others comment there has been no development over the years, which maybe true, but it covers what I needed.

Works well, zero connection issues. I believe the placement of the Bluetooth adapter on the JB4 is the reason for some issues people are having. I placed mine where the install instructions recommend and have never had a single failure to connect. This thing makes a very noticable difference and increase the fun factor of driving my vehicle. I can't imagine driving without it now. Zero fault codes because of the JB4. Worth the money and definitely go for the Bluetooth/app combo.

Not sure what happened with this latest update but I just wanted to work when I turn it on and it connects to my jb4. Now I only have one choice for a color scheme on my gauges and when I have the gauges on they don't stay on. They time out with my phone and shut off. The previous Edition would stay on if you had the gauges up.

App is nice when I can actually use it. When connected it never wants to read any of the gauges besides boost, it randomly starts "logging" but won't turn off, and it won't read codes. If everything worked they way it should the app would be phenomenal. It's kinda disappointing that I paid like $20 for an app to have the ability to read gauges, data log, scan and clear codes but the only way I can get it to work is by uninstalling the app and then reinstalling.
