there's a setting menu to change what "gestures" you can do but can literally only change ONE. when I'm trying to adjust my earbuds, guess what happens? IT PAUSES, I CANT TURN OFF. it "detects" it's not "in my ear" when it is and pauses when I have that TURNED OFF. this app is useless. I can't even change the earbuds to stop doing anything, but it's the main purpose of playing music.

the app doesn't work for me at all. 8 have the live pro2 tws earbuds. the earbuds work somewhat ok. they disconnect and reconnect on a loop sometimes. the app doesn't function at all. it will recognize the buds, but when I click on them, I get nowhere. the buds are 3 out of 5 stars. the app is a strong 0 out of 5 stars. I know nothing will be done about this because they already have our money.

Worked well for about 6 months. But there's a motion sensor that pauses whatever you are listening to, and that is messed up in mine. So I constantly hear the little water drop sound it makes, and my music/movie pauses and restarts numerous times unless I have them situated EXACTLY. If you're talking with someone, then you continuously hear that water drop sound throughout the conversation. Also, the app requires your location in order to connect to the headphones, so they can make a few pennies

Typically the earbuds lose sound when an update is needed. So when they started losing sounds today, I checked for an update. There isn't one. I uninstalled and re-installed the app. No change. Now I have to sit at work in silence for the day and purchase a new set of earbuds later. Annoying.

This app has been terrible since I've been using it. it won't find my earbuds even when they are connected to my phone. it won't let me access half of the features and it takes forever to load. I've also experienced constant problems with their wireless earbuds, they won't power off when I want them to, they dont charge properly and they do not connect like they should I'm honestly disappointed because I used to love their products, but this app is borderline unusable and makes me want to switch

love the earbuds but can't do absolutely anything with the app. it paired with my earbuds but the icon for them remains constantly grayed out and is unable to be clicked on. I've tried with 1 earbud in, both earbuds in, no earbuds in, the case closed, the case opened. absolutely nothing i do will let me interact with the app so i don't really understand the purpose of the app? great sounding earbuds though!

The app registers that I have headphones and will rarely allow me to actually access the settings. It just sits there greyed out. Edit: After multiple attempts to access the settings for my headphones, I just un-installed this trash app. Maybe it wouldn't be trash if you had one central hub app instead of multiple for each product type you have.

Just got new Tune Flex 2 buds & was excited to set up the app. Even though I select "Proceed without allowing" the nearby devices permission, the app will not let me proceed. It has no reason to be demanding my location or to be detecting devices with this nearby permission. I can manually set things up just fine. I will not enable this setting on my phone. I now have $100 earbuds that haven't even been used for a full song that need to be returned because the app won't work. Back to airpods.

The earbuds aren't very loud at all. It's not my phone volume adjustment either. Other earbuds work just fine and are very loud. I thought the app was customizable. You get to pick what feature each earbud can operate but it's preset features. Not very customizable. And the equalizer is not very good either. A bad app development all the way around. Not worth downloading.

not happy with my JBL Tune130NC Tws. For some reason the volume in one ear buds is extremely low and will not increase. the other ear bud is at a medium volume. I attempted to watch a movie on a plane ride and couldn't hear a thing. the noise from the engines was too loud. If I am walking on a busy street, the noise from the cars passing by is greater than the volume and I can't hear the podcast or book I'm listening to. they both charge, and hold the charge.

Some app feature are good, some not so good. Personi-Fi adjustment are great, as well as the custome Balance settings and Equilizer. The TalkThru and Voice Aware don't work well, I can't hear myself or others well. That issue causes me to use other devices for calls and when around people I need to connect with by voice. If there is a microphone, it is not picking up my voice or those around me. The app also loses ability to see device, even if paired, requiring a reinstall of software to work.

overall sound quality is very good, as is the comfort. it is not reliable, unfortunately. I've had intermittent issues with the ear buds not charging properly or at all for periods of time. it has become increasingly more frequent and now the right ear bud will not charge and stays on even when in the case (I have to turn it off through the app). once it's completed dead I think I'm going back to bose.

Works great.. really good ANC is better than any other's I've ever heard so far. I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking to get a little alone time in your own head, (without all of that loud background noise that nobody needs thus keeping your mind constantly occupied or hard to concentrate.) definitely worth the money. You really do get what you pay for when it comes to technology. So if you buy a cheap $20 pair and expect the same quality it's just not going to happen.

While the app is very helpful it seems to be a memory hog on Android. when the app is open my Motorola 2024 Razr grids to a halt. Apps start lagging and the earbuds can sometimes cut out. It doesn't make sense for an app that doesn't do much if your not using the active features. ANC is the only thing I have turned on and that should be handled by the earbuds not the app.

Often enough for me to write this review, I'll click the notification link to open the JBL app for the app to not be able to find the headphones I'm currently listening to music with. Sometimes closing and reopening the app fixes this, sometimes I need to put the headphones back into their case and take them out again. Thankfully the phone always connects and I don't need to go into the app often.

App great when it works,It doesn't always connect. Live Pro 2 TWS earbuds are connected, I'm listening, but if I open the app & try to adjust something, more often than not the app doesn't know they're connected. The sound quality is just fine. the noise canceling is pretty good. I wish there was an option to disable the tap function during phone calls, I keep disconnecting people when I try to adjust the earbud (which works its way out from my ear canal when my jaw is moving).

it's pretty nice, the audio quality is incredible and all as well as how portable it really is. But the only thing that bothers me is that when I connect it ONLY to my headphones, my apps start glitching and pausing when another video pops up. Now I don't know if it's either the headphones because It only happens when I connect them. Or probably because my apps are outdated and cannot handle it, but it did just start like a week ago. Overall, the app is fine as it does help out a lot.

Good App. But I'm wondering if there's a bug in the earbuds that needs to be fixed. My buds worked great when I first got them, but after the last update now they randomly disconnect from my Bluetooth and then reconnect after a couple seconds. They do this several times throughout the day. My phone is not too far away, it stays at my desk with me, so I know I'm in range of connectivity. It would be great if JBL could fix this issue.

Great app, but my earphones kind of glitch out if they're playing music while I'm connecting to them through the app. Also, it would be nice if you could customize individual touch controls, like for example, tap to play/pause, double tap to turn up volume, and triple tap to turn it down. And it would also be great if it had Gemini support, instead of only Google Assistant. Other than that though, the app itself is great.

App sucks. My earbuds are Live Pro 2. They're wonderful but since the app only connects to them on a rare occasion, I cannot change the settings. It connects only when you get lucky. And since it won't connect & the software updates (the earbuds, not the app) take 15 minutes when it DOES connect, I can't get the software updates! I will never buy another JBL product again.
