Honestly I'm wasting my money. The app lags. It takes forever to log in. When I want to start my truck, by the time I get it started I'm already at my truck. Also, i used to be able to schedule maintenance on the app. Now I can't. Right now it won't even let me log in. It keeps saying there is an update, but when I press update it just closes the app.

App does not work! I had been using it just fine for a couple of months, but then when I tried to log in, it kept giving me an error stating, "Login error occurred. Try again. " I also reset my password, and still nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and still nothing! I even tried to register a new account under a different t email but did not let me proceed.

Compared to other manufacturers' apps, this one is by far the worst one I've used. As if logging in with your credentials/biometrics wasn't secure enough, anytime you need to use any control or check the vehicle status within the app, it makes you type in your pin/password even though you're already logged in. Another thing is that it loses your biometric information after you've saved it. This forces you to type in a pin whenever you try to do anything within the app.

So I figured out the issue with the app saying invalid vin. You have to call in and they email a link to verify ownership. Once that is done, then it's hard sell time for the $12.95 / month subscription. Then read the reviews and saw how badly the app performs. By the way, my Ford Bronco has an app that does all the same stuff well (remote start, maintenance, fuel level, etc) and is FREE! So, no way I'm going to pay for this app that should be free.

This is my 1st experience with this app. it hasn't worked since I signed up. I called and spoke with customer service and they submitted a ticket and I've heard nothing else from them. The app really just worked one time after that phone call and not again since. It won't lock/unlock, won't locate, won't remote start, nothing. Just a waste of space on my phone. I will not be paying for this.

Great app when works. Constantly logs out and I can't log in for days. As of today, the last time this app updated was 48 days ago. Positive is I can at least start my car and lock it with the app. *UPDATE* Now they want me to pay $15 per month!? Why would I pay for an app that basically never worked and I could only start, lock and unlock my car from. Very few other abilities. Every time they reply to a bad review, "This doesn't seem right" Not worth it. Deleting and not looking back.

Unsure what I'm paying for.. the app is extremely slow to put in any commands or sometimes it doesn't even send a command even though I get a green check mark saying it's been sent and I'm standing next to the car.. have to force close the app, uninstall, reinstall and still nothing works correctly. Wasting my time and money. I rely on this to warm or cool my car during certain times of the year. Also I just recently noticed it no longer shows how much gas is in my tank.. gone since the update.

App works great for my needs. Yea, occasionally it's a bit slow to start my Jeep and update in the app, but I'm ok with that as I usually have a solid few minutes walk out of work to where I park, so I just start it a few minutes before I leave and when I get to the Jeep, it's already warmed up and ready to go, with the climate control already cooled down or warmed up inside, depending on the time of year. It even shows my exact vehicle, complete with hood decal, which is cool.

I've never had such a useless app; I can't do anything that it's intended for (for example, I'm 20 feet away, but there is such a massive delay that when I tested the horn, I thought it wasnt working until it suddenly started going off, then we had to use the keyfob to turn it off because the app wouldnt cancel it). I've un-installed and re-installed it, updated it (again right before leaving this rating), and still can't even get it to tell me the charge status on my Jeep. Sadly, it's useless.

The app is useless, since when I scan my vin barcode, I get a "scan a valid vin" rejection notification, and when I try to enter it manually, I can't even type it in. No characters appear in the blank spaces. Can't use the app if I can't add my vehicle. ETA: I did the generic, "uninstall and reinstall," that they'll undoubtedly suggest I do to "fix" the app, and of course, it didn't.

i love this app. I love the convenience of starting my vehicle before i go out to work and being able to lock my doors when unsure if i have done so.. i do totally agree with a previous reviewer, though, about how convenient it would be to get notifications on the phone instead of via email...would also like to be able to see if windows/ sunroof was left open or fob left in car ( habit the hubby has when he drives my jeep). i have had no issues with the app thus far.Bought my jeep in march 2025.

Use to work great for the first couple of months, then it suddenly stopped showing any info about the vehicle. It is a hybrid grand Cherokee 2025, the app use to show how much battery levels, gas level, auto start, oil velocity, to nothing but a picture of the vehicle. I uninstalled and reloaded app, had to call 800 number several days and two customer service agents, not to mention an hour on the phone, it worked for about two weeks, some what, now back to being useless.

I updated this app recently because certain things disappeared (fuel range, odometer, oil life). I was advised that my subscription expired when I know it has not (expiration is 1/2027. I logged into my account and able to see exactly what disappeared from the app: fuel level, tire pressure, oil life, odometer, and the health report. ALL of which I have BEEN able to see. My vehicle performance info is still showing ACTIVE on my account however, no longer in the app.

Incredibly disappointed. There is no "status" section (info about whether car is running, windows/sun roof closed, doors locked, etc.). Of the 5 buttons/options available (start, lock, honk, unlock, cancel engine), you can only put 3 on the face of the app. There is no way to open/close the tail gate. Because you cannot enter your phone number in the app, you receive no notifications on your phone (remote start timeout, usage alerts, etc.) Notifications only received via email. Needs overhaul.

Pretty useless. The charge level worked once, lock and unlock takes forever. Find a charger never finds any for me. Great concept but horrible execution. Glad it's free for now. UPDATE. A year later and still pretty useless. It won't update the gas/charge level and any remote action takes forever. I could walk out and lock it before the app kicks in. and now after paying for a full year, and trying to use it, after signing out and back in it won't even show charge or gas as an option.

The app is great..when it works. Im not sure if this is an update issue or what, but every time I try to lock my car from the app, it just buffers and never indicates my car being locked. I have had this app for several years and it seems to be sporadic. It works great for a while, then all of a sudden, it doesn't. It's inconvenient considering that I pay monthly for this service. My husband's Ford app works seamlessly, its free, and we haven't had any problems. Maybe take notes.

this app doesn't update for hours. says my jeep is charged when it's only at 20% (because it won't update.) also I wish this app showed percent charged. that would be really helpful. Sometimes this app shows a pic of my vehicle, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes there's a sync button, sometimes there isn't one. Right now the app isn't working at all. It thinks my jeep is unplugged, while in reality it is plugged in and charging.

This app is terrible. I've had my new Wagoneer S for 2 weeks. the app has not worked yet. I can't tell what my battery percentage is or how many miles left on the charge. I've even had help/assistance from customer service. We did lots of trouble shooting and nothing!! Junk. Do better Stellantis.

The app won't update the battery percentage, the range, or charging status. It hasn't worked for over a month. I've called customer service, they aren't helpful. I've logged in and out numerous times. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app 4 or 5 times. I've followed some start the car, stop the car sequence recommended by customer service. none of it works. I no longer get the emails when I plug the car in, or when it is finished charging. Your app is lame.

Almost two years in, and this app still doesn't work with older UConnect systems/radios. I get a system error when I try to access the UConnect section of the app. I can log in, I can see the maintenance records from the 1st dealer. That's it. Nothing useful. (From the previous review) I have an "older" Jeep (2018) and an older radio/set up. So, this doesn't seem to work for me. What CAN I do? I can log in. That counts for something, I suppose.
