I’ve been using JEFIT Gym Workout Tracker for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps you plan and track your workouts, whether you’re just starting out or you’re a seasoned gym rat. The first thing I noticed is how in-depth it is – there’s a ton of features packed in here.
Here’s what you do: you can create custom workout plans or choose from thousands of pre-made routines. Then you just log your sets, reps, and weights as you go. It’s got a really nice interface for tracking your progress over time. And the workout generator is super useful when you’re feeling uninspired and just want a quick routine to follow.
Look, if you’re into fitness and strength training, you’ll probably love this app. It’s not perfect – the free version has some ads that can get annoying – but overall it does a great job of helping you stay on top of your workouts. Worth checking out for sure.
