Just like other insurance quote aggregators, this app is buggy. Requesting final quotes from the 3 cheapest companies doesn't work. Customizing coverage is also pointless since they tend to ignore that too, just like Cover. The only positive is that it was much easier to have my information automatically pulled to get started. So I guess we're stuck going to individual websites and getting random calls y'all. I really hoped things were easier when shopping around for car insurance.

If it sounds too good to be true it probably is, not worth the hassle to save $7/year. 🙄 "Overly optimistic" advertising is what I'm going to call that. They take so little information up front, that I wouldn't be surprised if after you ACTUALLY apply those "savings" completely evaporate. So now you've got a useless app on your phone and an email box full of insurance salesmen. Lots of things are easy to use...that doesn't mean they work well.

Omg it's so easy and affordable. I switched from progressive to progressive and it went down $80.00. I added a car on the app and it was so easy I had to call to make sure it went through. The employees at Jerry are so nice and helpful. U would recommend this app and insurance to anyone who wants w lower rate. At least check it out and get a quote. What do u have to loose? U just save money. I'm so satisfied.🥰🥰🥰

Was feeling a little reluctant at first, but read they didn't share or sell personal info to non-involved party's so I downloaded the app. It was just as easy and quick as they claimed. I had a question and text them instead of calling. They got back with me in under an hour, friendly/knowledgeable staff, & they saved me money. No complaints at all. Looking forward to seeing what they can save me in the future.

The app is absolutely garbage. The platform is set up properly where it could give you a good amount of quotes from insurance companies the issue is that the app has bugs. Major bugs. It will always default to the basic coverage. No matter how many times you go in into that policy " and you change the coverage and save it and then it goes through the calculating process and then afterwards it defaults back to the very basic quote you are given from the beginning. Four times in a row. I'm done.

While the app itself seemed like it could use a tune up here and there, (it had problems validating my address and seemed to freeze up a couple times), the results were absolutely amazing. I am now paying $42/month less for nearly 3 times the coverage. Once I was able to get past the minor glitches, the process was quick and easy. Best part is that my phone has not rang once nor did I have to make any calls.

Apps in my mind are meant to be shortcuts for tools I use frequently, not just a forced substitute for mobile sites. Being forced to get an app just to get a quote for car insurance is frustrating, but of course they don't tell you that you'll have to do so up front. I get to the quotes and it defaults to a level of coverage way too low for what is realistic in my area. I change it to my current level, only to find that all of the "deals" are higher than my current rate (doesn't even show mine).

Shop carefully. Bait n switch with rates. They show you good rates, then finalize rates based on your choices and they don't even deliver on those choices. I chose full coverage for a vehicle and they came back with a quote that had no collision and a 2500 dollar comprehensive deductible. They got me once, they won't get me again. You're better off not being lazy and shopping for quotes yourself.

Easy to use, but the price estimates are unreliable. You'll get a text later saying the monthly cost is actually $100+ more than they stated, which kinda defeats the purpose of getting the lowest prices. Also want to say that the next day I started getting 3x the amount of spam calls than normal, plus spam texts which I haven't received in a couple years. I haven't given my phone number out to anything but this app recently. I can almost guarantee they sold my number.

Worst App. Don't waste your valuable time. All the quotes were too good to be true before finalizing it. I opted for 2 cars and 1 home with 1 driver. The quote came to 112/month. When I finalized and confirm the values changed to 180/month. That's like 68 bucks a month increase. I don't recommend this app to anyone. Fake rates to attract in first and final prices are way different.
