Their support is highly disappointing because it is non-existent. They literally do not list a response time at all. For example: We will respond around 1-7 Business Days. That is a clear and obvious fail from their so called leadership. The app is very simple and user friendly. No cash option for payment. That means they focus on selling our information.

You can not enter purchases once you have left the store using a receipt. My QR code does not work properly, so I always have to give my phone number when at the window. But if my children go and bring home receipts, I have no way of using them to get credit when my children are using my money. On top of that, customer service when having issues in Utah has been horrible.
So the app itself is okay, but honestly what sucks is the predatory way Jersey Mike's keeps changing their pricing. Originally, there was a $10 minimum order for delivery. They upped that to $15, which is just slightly higher than the cost of a regular sandwich + chip/drink combo, meaning you had to order something extra. They're adjusting pricing to force extras on you if you order delivery, which is pretty shitty.
They do not honor sales and promotions. They were running a 25% off sale last week so I bought 3 large subs though the app (as required by the deal). Went through with the transaction because I thought I'd see the discount at checkout. I got no discount. I followed the feedback link on my emailed receipt and I reached out to them via their customer service form. I have not gotten a response. There are plenty of sandwich shops, eat elsewhere where you'll be valued as a customer.
The app is very easy to use. I have 3 different 'standard' orders dependent on who will be home that night. It would be nice to be able to save all 3 order variations for repeat uses. Also, add an option for the oil & vinegar to be "on the side". A check box instead of having to type it every time. And, the staff seldom reads the special notes, but I think there are two places to send notes, make 1.
Great food but employees consistently ignore custom orders in all stores I've tried. It's like they don't even read the "Notes" section of the order. I always ask for extra cherry pepper relish but they give me barely any. There's also no way of selecting the chips they have in store. I've tried adding "Cheetos, not lays" in the notes but they never even bother reading. Every single time I've had delivery, I always have to drive back to the store to have my order corrected. Very frustrating!
Since the new update on the app, I have not been able to place an order. I have uninstalled and reinstalled more times than I want to admit. Finally get in to pay for my order and i get an error stating 'my address cannot be verified'. Like, since when?? There isnt even an option to enter an address. Yhwrws some bugs still remaining. i sure woipd hate to stop going because of an app. My store has extremely high foot traffic during the lunch hour, and 30 min is not even close to enough time.
Forget about deleting favorites, it won't let you add favorites. Credit cards that used to work, don't anymore. You have to reenter the number every time you want to order something. I wish that you had never messed around with the app you had about a year ago, it worked great. Now, it is frustrating to use. It doesn't even show my shore points as increasing or not.
Not sure what everyone's talking about. The app works great for me. I can save favorite orders, buttons are intuitive, I can always go back and edit my order after adding it to my cart. The customization works great, and I love that I can type in notes about a sub (light oil, ___ cheese instead, allergy, etc.). I also love that you can put names on the subs ("This sub is for _____"). It makes ordering for several people easy, because we don't all have to open the subs to investigate! Great job!
Update: I have twice now had the app cancel my order while still charging my card. That means I don't get my order, and my money sits in limbo for 7 days until the pending status drops. I no longer trust the app. Love Jersey Mike's, like the app! Easy to navigate, and I can save my favorite orders. Says you can't add gift cards to the app on their website, but you can when checking out.
This app has really improved since I first downloaded it. However, there are some things like downloading /adding deals that don't make sense to me. The app should have the deals not depend on people getting the paper coupons and adding them, etc, which is why I voted 4 star instead of 5. 6 really like the restaurant. The app is pretty easy to use, and I appreciate the clear driver fee and place to tip.
App is helpful and works fine, especially for customizing an order. But could be better... please please please, developers, can you please put in the ability to repeat a past order?? It does no good to just view our past orders and not use it to speed up the next one. Also, having a section for favorite stores we use often would be great... right now, to switch between local stores, you have to go through the entire nationwide search each time.
I feel like I can't do much in the actual app, So it's kind of not too important to me, except for checking my points or ordering online..which I Seldom ever do, So the app seems kind of pointless to me, it's not like they offer much deals or coupons or anything really..it's just good for keeping track of your points to me at this point! other than that, there is Great Food& Service in the actual Place of business..& you can check your points at the store, but it is good to know ahead of time..
I really like using the order ahead so I can just pick up a sandwich on my way home from work or something. I also appreciate that they give you the option to label the sandwiches, so you don't have to open a sandwich all the way up if you're ordering for more than one person. However, I have noticed that using the order ahead app for some reason the bread is wrong almost half the time.
More like 4.5/5: Great app. It is relatively fast compared to other food ordering apps. Never had any issues. I just wish they were better about listing what is available. Sometimes, it'll only show one type of canned soda or just a few types of chips when, in reality, they are fully stocked. Just add a special instruction and ask to swap something out. :)
this app is so misguided from what it needs to be. if a Google link directs me to your app, the landing page should have basic info, instead I have to log in just to view the menu. but that's not enough, the menu is National but I can't see it without picking a location. Then you can't even order a custom sub, just limited edits. this includes not being able to change the cheese on the sandwich. Tell marketing that people want to buy any sub, not just the handful listed.
I had a little bit of trouble when I ordered a mini sub first and was offered to redeem points on it. I wanted to add 2 more sandwiches but could not get back to that screen. I had to cancel the order, select the 3 sandwiches, then redeem the points at check out. It just caused some frustration trying to get the first order to work. You should ask if you want to add anything or wait until checkout to offer points redemption.
Easy to place an order. And even easier to place a repeated order. Employees are communicative, pleasant, and accommodating. Good job Jersey Mike's! The only thing I'd like to see that isn't currently available on the app (from what I've seen) is the choice of a fountain soda for pick-up in-store orders. Buy the cup and whoever picks it up fills it at the fountain.
It's somewhat easy to use. Fast page load when switching menus. I wish I could've ordered the new chix salad sandwich. The app showed the special on the 1st page that pops up when launching the app. It was not on any of the options, cold and hot sandwiches. A value box for 1 person under the catering menu was in an unexpected location, too. I could call the physical location next time to get the item on special. Just a couple of observations. YOUR SUBS ARE GREAT!
App is garbage. I've been a shore points member for years. I've tried signing up for the app several times throughout the years and it always says there's an error and to contact customer service. I fill out the customer service info and get an email that says it doesn't pertain to the department my email is sent to.
