The app is easy to use, and I was able to add my entire garage. It does, sometimes take a while to load, but I simply exit and reopen, then it opens.
The app seems to work okay except that I've had to email 2x now about washes purchased on a promotion in the app not working when I go to use them.

It is not loading at all and today I had to wait for the attendant to open it. Then when they finally lifted it was done at the sometime as another car. We almost crashed. Im canceling my subscription
unable to redeem points as member, it won't let you redeem points earned.
My plan had expired but they had no problem a month later.Just taking money from my card

can not delete your credit card on the app you have to call customer service then you got to call another customer service then they got to give you another number and before you know it you can't cancel until the next month that the bill is up never go back the worst app out there
it's easy and quick to set up a new membership plan and a single car wash purchase. It's all done on your phone in the touch of a button and very simple.
App is awkward and not very functional. Have tried several times to update/edit information and it never takes in the app. Jet Brite "support" in nonexistent.
License Plate readers apparently do not work on Illinois Pan Hellenic plates. Since adding my wife's vehicle to my garage, she has to summon an attendant to manually enter her plates into the system before the wash will recognize her. Initially, the readers would let her in, occasionally, but it was later discovered that someone else had the same first 4 digits. I've emailed photos from the ILSOS.GOV site showing the plate design several times. Yet the situation has not been resolved in 6 mths.
I don't like using the app. It's hard to retrieve code when I get to kiosk. Also, I realized when I got my charge statement that I was double charged for a car wash within 1 minute of original purchase. I feel it's easier to just pay as I get to kiosk. I wish could just enter phone # when get to kiosk to acknowledge who you are. I have never been able to scan my code from phone not even with employees help and was wondering if that's how I got overcharged. Waste of time to pay ahead....
Horrible App. I talked to customer service and they said that they couldn't merge my other vehicles because it was on their old system. WTH? So I tried adding my other vehicles, but every time you get to the license plate it closes. JETBRITE YOU NEED AN APP UPDATE!
It does not show active memberships. When you search the active memberships it comes up and it ask to confirm if that me and you but the membership date shows currwnt date and not when you first purchase. migrating the vehicles, it does not show the current payment credit card on file. you have to add a new payment credit card. Does not allow me to update the year of the current car, it takes me to add as a new vehicle. Sent messages for assistance. Hopefully, I don't get overcharged.
