as soon as I got the app it asked for money I thought it had more manners lol

it's outrageous what they want you to pay just in order to use their app so it is not free to use it's only free to download for the scam

like it trying it out now and I liked it and it works and I'm trying to scan some more 0 500 words

This app is worthless....I took multiple pictures of the same gemstone and got a different result every time.....None of the results it gave were correct.

2 out of two pieces of jewelry were identified incorrectly. I've only tried to and they were both wrong! glad I didn't pay for it! I just tried a third piece and it actually came back as a wallet or coin purse when it's actually a bangle bracelet! please people do not waste your money on this!

I don't like it when I get charged for it and it is not published to let the Consumer know

This app is not accurate at all. It scans the items and identifies it completely wrong. This app is terrible

I'm afraid it is inaccurate after a few uses. Does not save original photo and does not allow space for edits comments. A bit of a scam really.

You can't even cancel it. You have to contact them to cancel it. They charge you once a week. And it's not really even worth it.

my subscription is not up until Oct 2 but I can't use it because I keep getting a message that says there is a bug in it and to try again later after they have fixed it. If they can't fix it I want my one month's subscription cost back. It's already been three days, what's up?

Incapable of identifying anything other than "jewelry"! It just compares what you are looking up with items on the market and suggests those. Truly a waste!

this app is a fluke as it works great the first day then never again and the contact information is not real. two thumbs down .

awful app that gives you a range between £16 and £16,000 for a lapel pin. come off it! don't waste your money. it's a reverse image search tool that's all.

found piece promptly. description, used professional wordings. I would continue using but there is a cost. these days people just don't pay for apps anymore. good luck. I have a 2 because it did not give an era, the high fee and it only let me look up one item. plus you won't accept pay pal
