I was using the free version for a long time and the experience was good. yesterday I subscribed to the pro version. after that when I play song, it is getting struck after one minute. why
WORST UI.. Even after, I took 1yr subscription, I cannot remove songs directly from my playlist. I have to click edit then manually search the song I want to remove ( doesn't have search opt on edit) from all the songs in my playlist and then remove. Even the UI is too slow and laggy, sometimes the search bar on the playlist disappears and i have to scroll down continuously to get back the search bar and even adding songs to playlist so difficult because most of the time it doesn't update
I like this app even though when we want a really really nice we have to buy but for me the sound quality without is nice and even we can like the favourite song or like to a playlist and even we skip to next songs if they just give us a free nice super bro quality songs without being it will be nice compare to Spotify for me this one is nice than Spotify
I enjoy the wide music collection and user-friendly interface of JioSaavn, but there is one issue that affects my experience. While using the app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Lite, the music gets interrupted whenever notifications from other applications appear. This breaks the flow of listening and becomes irritating, especially when multitasking. If JioSaavn can fix this issue and improve smoother background playback, it would be a much better music experience.
I am giving only 3 stars because people usually download this app hoping to set any song of their choice as a caller tune. But the reality is different — first, it’s very difficult to even find the desired song, and second, only a limited number of songs are actually available to set as caller tunes. If you are downloading this app to listen to songs, then it’s fine. But if you are downloading it just for HelloTunes, then honestly, it’s not good
How is this app even a thing? This is a genuine review by a premium user, this app sucks... It's only good for Hindi songs there are no lyrics even for most Hindi songs, not one lyrics enabled English song. There are a lot of artists missing like Radiohead (it shows in search but that's not the artist page), and the ui is laggy, I have good internet but artists aren't loading, I added many things to the library only to see nothing's been registered... Such a disappointment...
I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately only giving 1 star that too for giving feedback else it doesn't deserve even one star. Since I have paid a premium, I'm barely able to play any song. It just keeps on buffering while having a good internet connection. when I was using it for free it had no network issue but right after getting a premium, I'm literally fed up.
The app itself is easy to use, and even on the free version, I can find and play almost any song I want, which is perfect for when I'm just casually listening. The paid "Pro" subscription is a great deal, too, since it gives me ad-free listening and the ability to download songs for when I'm on the go.
Worst app ever. U won't get the songs u want to listen. Doesn't have the diversity n also u can't do anything about it.so i don't recommend this app to u guys. Go for spotify as 99.99% song u will find it there. additional problem is u can connect desktop app with Facebook . my number shows free version when added n when I connect facebook in mobile it connected with premium but when u do this desktop app. it's useless. won't connect with facebook
"I really like JioSaavn for music, but the ringtone selection feature has become very disappointing. Earlier, we could choose from multiple parts of a song to set as a caller tune. Now the app gives only one random segment, and it doesn’t let us select the exact portion we want. This makes the feature less useful and frustrating. Please bring back the option to choose specific segments like before." i don't know these people are doing it wantedly or not
