was unable to add burger combos. kept saying make a selection when a selection was already made

couldn't sign in or sign up because of an authorization error. unusable, they got to fix this...

The only page I can access is to locate the closest store, but it won't even let me select the closest store. I am stuck with only the map.

They tell you that you can accumulate points and earn rewards but everytime you redeem your rewards it wont show up in the checkout so its useless

Did not save points from the previous transactions. Got some issues with that since the beginning. I hope my points get saved this time.

rewards tied to the app are fine, but seriously, I can only pay with gift cards? no "manage my payment methods" section?

what's thenpoint of giving out rewards if the system doesn't let you redeem them? never able to successfully apply rewards when trying to checkout. always says fail to connect to store.

I'm glad we have a jolly bee here in Alameda, but I would like them to have more food options. They don't have all the food items like other jollibees.

one year later.. it still sucks!!! you take time adding to your cart and it would say can't connect to the store.. something went wrong like duh!! It sucks!!! Will email you promo to lure you in. The app will keep saying "something wrong", you go to the store (Carson) and they won't honor the coupon code. Told me to wait until the IT fixes the issue!! That was a joke!!! Manager said "I don't know, wait or order full price".. just come back again lol .. I was like "nope! Not again"

I have not even used the app. I loaded my cart and tried to review it and the app told me it was unable to connect with the store. I would expect that message AFTER I tried to order not when I was just trying to see what I want to order. Guess they didn't want to disappoint me.

🐝Great food, great staff and a pretty good selection. how does one find out about suggesting rotating different items with monthly rotating specials? I would suggest having Jollibee at all the locations so the people can take their pictures in front of him because it's good promotional value when they share the pictures. how does one get information on a franchise as I have been to a different ones and have enjoyed most of them 🤔❓ Thanks, Phil

unable to place an order with the Perfect Pairs meal. it says "Make a selection with Chickenjoy" but already selected spicy... it doesn't let you check out even selecting original. I already pressed Apply and the Add to cart is enabled but still doesn't allow to checkout. The app developer needs to test them out before launching the app

It doesn't work in my area. It asked for either pickup or delivery. If I select the pick up button, it shows the only restaurant in my area. but the select button is grayed out. If I choose delivery and input my address, it shows the location isn't in the delivery area.

I like the new update . I like ordering here than having to hear the cashier and his peers make fun of people while preparing the orders . I just know we get to see the whole procedure but it's unnecessary for them to comment mean things while preparing the food. . I like that I was able to keep my points after ordering with the other previous website

I've tried this for over a week and I am still unable to order from their special KATSEYE menu via the app. I've already made all the selections required, but I get a pop-up that still asks me to select something. Ex: the chicken sandwich combo, I selected the side and the drink but then it says please select a chicken sandwich; also did this for the two-piece chicken where I picked the side and then it asks me to select a chicken. Did they actually test this before releasing it?

Jollibee, your payment processing is broken. I created and paid for two different orders only to have them both cancelled because of a processing error. To top it off I was still getting messages through the app and by text that my orders were being made. I took my business elsewhere.

Used the app and got a "successful" order for pick up. But apparently, it "failed" and the order did not go through. There was no message indicating an issue and had to learn this at the store during pickup. I also have to double check my CC charge to ensure the charge was offset. Unreliable so Uninstalling this less than an hour after installing!

Unable to pay now. Used to be able to pay with credit card but looks that option has been removed completely. Super bizarre because how do you expect people to place their orders and what would be the point of this app? I can't add or choose any form of payment other than gift card.

The app is kinda okay, but I can never actually use the rewards. in every version od the app... I just havent swen how to get to rewards feature. It just doesn't seem to work, nor is even a selection even after updating it today. Kinda defeats the purpose of the loyalty program. luckily i can ad rewards via the website.

The app confirmed my order, charged me twice, sent me an email saying that it wasn't sure if the store got my order or not. I checked with the store and they could only look by my name, which the app doesn't associate with your order, it just uses an order id number. No one at the store and to know the app at all or how it works. What a useless company.
