Been using Jotform – Form, Sign & Survey for a couple months now. It’s basically an online form builder that lets you create surveys, collect data, and get digital signatures even when you’re offline. Pretty solid app if you’re into productivity and workflow automation.

Here’s what you do: you can build custom forms and questionnaires using their huge library of templates. There’s also an e-sign feature which is pretty cool. And you can open the app in kiosk mode to use as a digital check-in system. Took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.

Look, if you’re into productivity apps and need to collect data or get documents signed, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.

So here's my honest take on Jotform - Form, Sign & Survey. I've tested a bunch of productivity apps and this one's pretty solid. The form builder is super flexible and the e-sign feature works well. And definitely more robust than some of the free alternatives. On the downside, the UI isn't the most intuitive and some of the advanced features have a learning curve. But overall, if you need a reliable way to create and collect forms, this is a great option.
