Been using Jotform – Form, Sign & Survey for a couple months now. It’s basically an online form builder that lets you create surveys, collect data, and get digital signatures even when you’re offline. Pretty solid app if you’re into productivity and workflow automation.
Here’s what you do: you can build custom forms and questionnaires using their huge library of templates. There’s also an e-sign feature which is pretty cool. And you can open the app in kiosk mode to use as a digital check-in system. Took me a while to figure that out but it’s useful.
Look, if you’re into productivity apps and need to collect data or get documents signed, you’ll probably like this. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out.
