A great company with a great service but this app has a lot of room for improvement. If you could please address the white fonts appearing on the white backgrounds for certain fields that would be a great start. When trying to view some of the info from form entries it's impossible to read in the app because of that, the only solutions are to use desktop or check the email.
Tricky to figure out in the beginning, but once you have a grasp on it, it is the best thing ever!! Took me about an hour of trial and error to figure everything out, but now i can make a form in about 5 minutes!! Easy to share, track, and use. Great for pre-orders and keeping info organized.
I changed my review from a five star to a two. App was working fine to start. Then it locked me into one form with no option but to uninstall the app. I reinstalled it, changed the password and it will not let me log in. I can log in on the website, but the app keeps telling me incorrect username or password. I have tried everything! The app just malfunctions. This is aggravating to no end!
Update October 12, '22 Absolutely useless in every way. Like always slow af. Used it only for submission notifications, and now it doesn't even do that. Can't believe they can't find a decent developer to help them. ... July 24, '21 It's almost the end of 2021, and JotForm seems even more primitive than before. Nothing's changed. The app is slow and buggy AF, and the forms just change their appearance out of the blue. Unreliable, antiquated forms, and a completely useless app.
I love Jotform except for the app. It says it's synced but several of my forms are not available to view on the app. I have submissions I can't see unless I log in through the web version. When I delete a submission (on the web version) it hasn't synced in the app, even weeks later. I selected the option to sync, and it says as of today at this time it has synced except there are multiple forms not listed to view. It's unfortunate because again, I do love using Jotform.
I used to rate this app 5 stars but now I'm having issues.. my customers are telling me that when they click the links to my forms it says "link disabled" but the thing is that I went into forms and disabled them and enabled them again and it still didn't work. So then I decided maybe I should try logging out and logging in and now I can't get back in!! I changed my password 4 times already and now I'm locked out!
Not bad but needs more work. The form you upload shows distorted, with lines not where there supposed to be, because the app inserts boxes of it's own too. It just hangs when you need to see a preview of a form you're working on. I can't be sure the form will look correct after it is altered by the app with no preview. Unfortunately it's not practical for uploaded forms.
Well, I would be absolutely in Love with this app. If I could actually view the links that are shared by customers when reviewing their commission forms. Literally cannot do anything with the reference image links given to me... Can't even copy/paste them into my phone's browser. Which at that point I might as well just access the jotform directly from my phone's browser or PC than use the app. The app only serves to inform me of when I receive a submitted form. Not exactly useful to me.
I've liked it for our company, but it is not working properly now. Selecting from radio buttons is not working. It is the most current version, sync'd, and also tried reinstalling... nope. Please fix it ASAP, or our company may need to choose another product for our forms quickly. This is impacting business needs (And we are a paying customer!). Correction... it is a dropdown not functioning. OS 5.1.1. It does work on my Note 9 which is running a newer OS version.
This app use to be wonderful. Within the last year have experienced many issues. Having trouble submitting forms it always stays in draft/sync and never submits. This is having a major impact on our business. Also the future of save and continue later, there is no way to retrieve the document to continue later. The save button is not showing on the forms. Have reached out several times about the issues I have gotten follow-up have done all their recommendationbut the issue are not resolved.
