A great company with a great service but this app has a lot of room for improvement. If you could please address the white fonts appearing on the white backgrounds for certain fields that would be a great start. When trying to view some of the info from form entries it's impossible to read in the app because of that, the only solutions are to use desktop or check the email.

Tricky to figure out in the beginning, but once you have a grasp on it, it is the best thing ever!! Took me about an hour of trial and error to figure everything out, but now i can make a form in about 5 minutes!! Easy to share, track, and use. Great for pre-orders and keeping info organized.

I changed my review from a five star to a two. App was working fine to start. Then it locked me into one form with no option but to uninstall the app. I reinstalled it, changed the password and it will not let me log in. I can log in on the website, but the app keeps telling me incorrect username or password. I have tried everything! The app just malfunctions. This is aggravating to no end!

Update October 12, '22 Absolutely useless in every way. Like always slow af. Used it only for submission notifications, and now it doesn't even do that. Can't believe they can't find a decent developer to help them. ... July 24, '21 It's almost the end of 2021, and JotForm seems even more primitive than before. Nothing's changed. The app is slow and buggy AF, and the forms just change their appearance out of the blue. Unreliable, antiquated forms, and a completely useless app.

I love Jotform except for the app. It says it's synced but several of my forms are not available to view on the app. I have submissions I can't see unless I log in through the web version. When I delete a submission (on the web version) it hasn't synced in the app, even weeks later. I selected the option to sync, and it says as of today at this time it has synced except there are multiple forms not listed to view. It's unfortunate because again, I do love using Jotform.

I used to rate this app 5 stars but now I'm having issues.. my customers are telling me that when they click the links to my forms it says "link disabled" but the thing is that I went into forms and disabled them and enabled them again and it still didn't work. So then I decided maybe I should try logging out and logging in and now I can't get back in!! I changed my password 4 times already and now I'm locked out!

Not bad but needs more work. The form you upload shows distorted, with lines not where there supposed to be, because the app inserts boxes of it's own too. It just hangs when you need to see a preview of a form you're working on. I can't be sure the form will look correct after it is altered by the app with no preview. Unfortunately it's not practical for uploaded forms.

Well, I would be absolutely in Love with this app. If I could actually view the links that are shared by customers when reviewing their commission forms. Literally cannot do anything with the reference image links given to me... Can't even copy/paste them into my phone's browser. Which at that point I might as well just access the jotform directly from my phone's browser or PC than use the app. The app only serves to inform me of when I receive a submitted form. Not exactly useful to me.

I've liked it for our company, but it is not working properly now. Selecting from radio buttons is not working. It is the most current version, sync'd, and also tried reinstalling... nope. Please fix it ASAP, or our company may need to choose another product for our forms quickly. This is impacting business needs (And we are a paying customer!). Correction... it is a dropdown not functioning. OS 5.1.1. It does work on my Note 9 which is running a newer OS version.

This app use to be wonderful. Within the last year have experienced many issues. Having trouble submitting forms it always stays in draft/sync and never submits. This is having a major impact on our business. Also the future of save and continue later, there is no way to retrieve the document to continue later. The save button is not showing on the forms. Have reached out several times about the issues I have gotten follow-up have done all their recommendationbut the issue are not resolved.

I like jotforms and most of my event coordinators do too. However, I do find that when I need to modify a form I can up load a new pdf, but nothing else adjusts. I have to re-edit anything I type in and I have to rearrange check boxes and text boxes. The one REAL PROBLEM I have had is that text entry boxes align text to the bottom and there is no way to modify it to align differently. All in all I would recommend it as a way to receive registration forms online.

This is the most advanced form ever. I'm have a deep understanding on web development and creating my own forms. But the tools and options you get with Jotform are awesome, you don't need all the headaches because everything is already done for you.. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE is the price. They should have a small plan for people who have small websites. Something basic that starts at $5.99 with fewer tools, and take out the advertising. It is known that they do not think about small businesses.

For some reason they disabled my account, and offer no way to resolve it. As far as the app is concerned, I see its usefulness in static forms with check boxes and standard fields, but creating a simple order form that both allows the user to add rows and calculate the total can't be done. The inability to upload data from a spreadsheet is illogical, not to mention being unable to create dynamic forms that change options based on previous selections.

Mostly useful, but I can't use icons with it. Choosing the icons menu causes the app to freeze, at which point I have to force close it. Edit: I talked with two support agents and neither of them knew what was going on and didn't provide any helpful advice. I switched from another service to Jotform specifically because the other service didn't support mobile editing. This bug is disappointing, to say the least. For this price, the app should be polished and optimized at least for flagships.

My customers can't open it. It opens from in the app for me, but in a browser, it does not for me or my customer. It just keeps acting like it is loading, then it says the page is not safe, like it has a virus or something. This is the 2nd one I shared, and it was begun with a template from a teammate. The first form I did worked perfect, that even rerouted them to a page after the survey.

This is the most comprehensive, easy to use form builder I've found. Lots of options and widget support. Edits are saved as they are made, so if you accidentally hit the back button while editing a form you don't lose your work. Also, there are NO ADS! WOO-HOO! And the UI is clean and easy to use. The only thing I don't like about this app is that it is SLOOOWW to load initially and slow to load forms for editing. Fortunately, once a form is published, it's page loads quickly in a browser.

So frustrating. I have the document already, I just wanted to create a signable form to send to my clients. The actual upload process is hit or miss. It either happens instantly or you have to back out and retry because it will load forever. And then when you do finally get done placing all the little signature, date, and phone number boxes, you move on to the next step and get a loading screen of death that never actually loads anything. And when you back up, everything is gone.

I find it incredibly funny that Joform used to be a hell of a lot less expensive and it actually worked. Since raising their prices it has continually gone down hill. App notifies me of new forms, but won't let me view them. Free account shuts off with 5 forms, which is the max a free account can have, but it's not exceeded and they tell me I can't have 5 forms. If you want people to pay for your service, you should probably hire some programmers who can actually test their product for function.

It's not bad at all It's really useful in many different ways It's just the timing of you putting in the payment options It's when it gets difficult because of it, It doesn't matter how many times you try to do the connection of your PayPal nor anything else to do the payment section of setting up your form or file or anything. It wouldn't work plus it takes a very long time which I believe there's something wrong when it comes to connecting your payment account to the app.

great app. Ive used it for many things over the yrs, especially RSVPs. super costumizable. any limitations I've found just help keep it simple and succint but there really aren't many limitations, even with the free version! - you can do a lot. and I'm so grateful the free version doesn't have a bunch of trashy ads. haven't found any form builder as good as jotform, highly recommend.
