Easy and does exactly what it claims to do. im forever saving recipes then can't find them . this put them all in one place with a picture and an ingredient list. can also put into categories like sweets, snacks etc.

Works well most of the time, but recipes with multiple sections (like a cake and icing recipe) sometimes get mixed up or improperly simplified. As long as you know enough about cooking to know if the recipe looks messed up, this app is a great way to skip all the clutter and just get to what you need.

great but only being able to save 12 recipes for free before pay wall is lame. maybe if it were cheaper, I'd consider it. Edit: For less than 50 recipes I wouldn't pay. I can always screenshot the recipe. But for over 50, I'd be willing to $1.99 a month max. You're really not offering much as an app worthy of much more. Add coupons for local stores for the user, based on recipes entered. Point out locations where ingredients are cheaper. Recommend recipes based on user entries. That would work

This is a really good idea and I was excited for it, but after a couple of days I was unable to save or move recipes to collections and all of my collections but 1 have disappeared. I Uninstalled and reinstalled, everything came back but disappeared again a few minutes later. It took some time to import all my recipes into the app and get all the collections set up and now they're gone.

update: After another year of using this app, I haven't changed my mind. It's the best one for my purposes. I just love how easy and tidy the interface is. The subscription fee is a small price to pay and since it's yearly I really don't mind. 12/15/22 -Love this app! Super easy to use and makes organizing and keeping digital recipes a breeze. Adding original recipes is also very easy to do! If you hate recipe websites full of extraneous text and far too many ads, this app will change your life.

Almost perfect. Great for simplifying the recipe for viewing but useless if you want to print. Ability to print is expected as basic feature that shouldn't require a recurring paid subscription. I'd like to quickly print a recipe that's not 8 pages long & move on with my life. Not take a screen shot. Not save it to yet another app/website. I could care less about saving them digitally. Sadly retyping them still seems to be the best option for my needs. PLEASE, let us print.

This is a goldmine. And it's free! It doesn't just take out the swarm of gnats they call ads, it also removes the long, arrogant, tedious story that seems to come with every recipe nowadays. There is also a spot to categorize and save recipes. You can donate, which I'm going to do because it deserves it so much. You can subscribe and it gives you little extra perks, but in the spirit of fairness that we all used to display with shareware, it's a great tool even without any subscription.

The best recipe app I've found, but the pricing is high. I'd happily pay $10-ish for a lifetime license, but avoid subscription based apps unless there's a lot of server side costs associated. With this app, there's no reason it can't be done mostly by the client. Cost aside, functionality is great. There have been cases where important instructions were not parsed out, like making crust/filling/sauces/etc so I've got to open the original site anyway. In general it's very easy to use though.

I love how the recipes are layed out, as well as how the categories are so simple to set up. It completely bypasses the long stories at beginning of recipes online. And also that you can import them from Pinterest. The only downside is that in the free version, you can only have 20 recipes. Which is not nearly enough for all the recipes I have. But for the ones I have added, it's very nice

Finally a modern design in a recipe app. Beautiful layout and although its lacking some basic features (grocery list), there's a nice roadmap with those features on the way. I know it's been said already but the one caveat is no lifetime purchase option. I totally understand the reasoning, and the yearly subscription isn't too costly, but as a struggling student I hesitate to sign up for subscription services. It's one of the reasons I love Paprika so much, is the lifetime purchase. 5/5 design!

This app works great, and support is very helpful! I follow a lot of cooking pages on social media, and I tend to save almost any recipe that comes across my feed in case I want to try it later. I left a previous review that mentioned issues I was having saving further recipes (when my in-app cookbook apparently got too full), and support replied right away and requested more information. I emailed them, and they were able to fix my issue quickly so I could keep on saving away!

I have a character limit and I can't say as many nice things about this app as I want to! So here's the quickest version I can write: You can edit recipes. You can convert between metric and imperial units. You can hit the share button on a website and click the app icon to immediately see the recipe. You don't have to scroll through a blog post to see the recipe. Dark theme option! Super cheap subscription that is NOT REQUIRED! The app is usable and helpful with the free version. Out of room :(

Genuinely a good experience with this app. Everything is sperated nicely into easy to read segments. The free version is still ad free, just with limited recipes but the number of recipes it allows you to save is enough for you to decide if this is the ad for you. One thing I would like to see is for there to be a nutrion section added, as many recipe websites include nutritional information. It could be added as an "opt in" feature, or even part of the paid ap version.

Totally love it! None of that mumbo jumbo to sort through just to find the ACTUAL recipe. Like, no one wants to read your life story I just need to bake some bread. Will probably need to upgrade to the paid version to save more recipes, but 20 saves is a pretty generous start for the free version. This app is a must have if you usually get recipes online.

This app was ahead of its time, but they've done nothing to improve it. I've paid for premium for years, and they still have no import, no export, and I've found a better solution. After canceling in the app, they have repeatedly tried to charge my credit card, so far five times. I'm fed up. I can also see since my premium version is no longer active that now they only offer 20 recipes total on the free version. It's telling me I'm using 46 of my 20. Stop trying to charge my credit card.

this is the single best app I have ever downloaded. I store all of my recipes here, it is endlessly useful. I have only seen them encounter a technical problem once in the several years I've been using it and I only know about it because they sent out an email (which they don't usually do) saying they were on it, and it was back up in a couple hours. I've never had it be unable to pull a recipe from a site thus far. It really is the best app.

I've loved this app for a long time now. It's amazing to skip all the heartfelt, and beautiful stories (I'm sure) of the recipe in the food blogs, through this app because sometimes the "Jump to recipe" button doesn't exist or is broken. I do pay for the premium, because I do use it a lot and will even transcribe my old recipes, but I think the free version is still really cool. I used it for a really long time before I decided that the premium version was indeed for me. Happy cooking!

My wife and I love this app. However, it would be nice to have more items added to the app. 1. able to pin my favorite recipes to the top of the category. 2. ability to add additional layers of categories so I could have a main category of Beef and then subcategories of Dinner, Lunch, etc with recipes in each subcategory. 3. when printing it only has main URL but does not include the full URL to the recipe. 4. able to rate recipes with stars between 1 to 5 stars.

A super useful app for anyone like me who cooks by looking up recipes online, shopping for the ingredients, then using that recipe. I save my favorite ones here and they're stored online. They added a feature that generates a shopping list for ingredients you'll need. Makes it so much easier to read than trying to read around a bunch of pop up ads and lengthy stories about how the author of the site used to eat this as a kid when visiting grandparents etc etc. Worth the subscription, imo.

if there is an app that is more useful and more needed I have not found it. this app saves me so many times I can't even begin to express it. I can finally read the recipe and make it without the BS blog post about how this ingredient reminds you of a happy time back in grade school and how you learned to make this from a long lost relative. I just want a recipe for pesto chicken I don't need your life story. Thank you so much for making this app. the grocery list could be better.
