Be very careful as you may just be taking a peek at the trial and accidentally sign up for a full year like I did. Now I'm using it out of spite. Things I don't like: you can't edit your preferences for floor only/no weights/no jumping, only target areas and injuries. Some exercises are only done on one side of the body but you have to remember to switch left and right (there are some that note left and right and many that don't). It's a basic video queue and a timer it does what it needs to do.

1st- the workouts are great, easy for beginners or just starting back up after awhile! But, there is no mention of a free trial. When I downloaded it, it was showing as a free app with options to purchase. Yet after 3 days it just stopped allowing me to start my workout and it didn't say anything about it being locked or needing to purchase the full version. So, it's just really annoying.

I really like the idea of this app! The workouts are short, easy, & convenient for home. At first I was pleasantly surprised that it appeared I didn't have to pay unless I wanted a personalized plan. Unfortunately, as of Day 4, it won't let me continue unless I pay. While the price is only just over $2/mo, right now I can barely afford my bills, so I can't justify the cost. Originally I was planning to subscribe once I could budget for it, but this feels like a bait+switch; pretty disappointed..

The biggest problem I have is I have a lot of physical damage, and while the app gives you a decent amount of options (shoulder, lower back, elbow, shoulder, etc) you can only choose one. Also I put my weight and physical limitations and the app and it definitely thinks I'm more fit than I am. I do love that you can see the time of each excersize, and watch the person do it before the time starts. Easy to pause, easy to skip excersize you can't physically do.

Only downloaded it because I saw it was free, so I figured why not try, see if I can get back into exercising, but this is not free, just free to download. you have to purchase a plan to use this after the 3 day trial. also, for the amount of time put into filling out a survey, nothing seemed catered to my needs; ie I marked down a knee and shoulder injury, but pretty much half of the exercises were squats or lunges or exercises that stretched my shoulders over my head. pretty useless.

this could be a great way to easily ramp more people in home workouts, but it's too focused on money. I got 3 days. on day 4, trying to get to "just start workout" and I can only get ads. I close the ad just to get another ad. you can't pay the video unless you purchase. and if you read the small print, one you do buy, ending the subscription is complicated even if you delete the app, which doesn't end them charging you. I understand paying for upgraded features, but you get nothing basic.

Love the idea of exercises I can do lying down. But the execution of the workouts in the app sucks. Super annoying to have to stop in between each exercise to tap the info button to learn what the exercise is. Why not show how to do the exercise during the break between each exercise? And show the video of the exercise in the big empty black space above the timer?

Not the app I was looking for. It assumes I want to lose weight, tone, and slim, but that's not my goal. My biggest complaint is there was no way to get past the one question in the opening quiz without saying you want to slim some part of your body. I also don't think it is healthy for an app to ask people to select their type of legs, butt, etc. before letting them into the user interface. If you're looking for a simple app for anybody, this is not it.

Only accepts one answer for "do you have injuries in any of these body parts", so you can't mark, for instance, back and knee. Also it's REALLY annoying when apps make you answer a whole bunch of questions before telling you "oh by the way, here's the stupidly high price." And no one really believes that a free trial will really cancel before changing them, do they?

I REALLY wanted to like this app. I took the survey and purchased an annual subscription to get a personalized plan. After completing the day 1 workout, I wanted to adjust the intensity level... well I guess that feature along with other key features isn't available for Android users. If you use an android device, find another app because this is just a waste of money.
