Now that we have 1) instant access to many of the 20th century publications, 2) the article series, and 3) the new Life Forever book with its unique format intact, the only way this app could be any better is if there were an option for making playlists, so I could group video or audio files from different categories/languages together to listen to at once. Otherwise, perfection. The brothers never disappoint!

Thank you, brothers, for all the hard work you do. The only issue I have is my phone keeps wanting to put the app into deep sleep because of frequent crashes, and it says it draining the battery faster. Idk if there is a way to fix that? The app is excellent! There's an issue when it comes to backup. I do my study and notes on the PC (Windows 10 Pro) and transfer to my tablet for the meeting. When hitting restore, receive an error message that it can't be applied. If I create a backup from the tablet to PC, it's successful. PC to tablet or phone, error message. Is there a solution?
It is an awesome app. I have all I need for meetings in one place. A few bugs that need work on would be....to make it easier to highlight text without having page move left or right. Being able to highlighting references & scriptures. Adding a feature where we can add notes to any place in the publication. Just a few suggestions. Thank you for your hard work!!!
We truly appreciate all the work that goes into this wonderful tool. However the app consistently crashes when pressing SHUFFLE on Programs and Events. I just got a brand new phone (android) and the same problem happens. I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times, with and without restoring a backup. Hopefully this helps with locating a bug that may be in this version. Thank you so much brothers
I have had the opportunity to use this app on many different devices (Amazon, Apple, & Samsung) & overall it's a great Bible teaching tool. There are some devices that have more trouble than others with it & FYI: Samsung Galaxy Tab E Lite has very little to almost nothing in the app in the way of publications, tracts, & media. So, I sold both those tablets. Always, before getting a new device, talk to someone who has it & ask how the app works on it. Otherwise, personally, I love this app.
I love this app and am so thankful for it. I was hoping for additional highlighting colors, and now they're are 2 more! Now I would love to see us be able to sign into an account so that our notes, highlighting, etc can be saved and used in multiple devices. I recently had to replace my phone and all of my hard work towards my personal study notes are now gone.
I love all content but wish an anchor could be dropped for watching videos. In other words, if I'm in one series of videos, when I finish a video it scrolls all the way to the beginning of all the videos. If it cant go back to where I left off at least highlight the ones I watched so I can scroll to the part I haven't watched yet. For example, in the media I can go to 'Programs and Events.' I can watch the morning worship and I'm on the 30th one but then it goes to the beginning of the list.
Love it. sometimes when you d.l it. it takes a long while to show all publications and the rest of the tools here on the app. I don't have the research guide(spiritual gems) on my android. I can't go to a scripture and have other information to look up because it doesn't show up. Been trying to get them but I can't get them even with uninstalling it and downloading it again.
I love the app. It's a perfect tool for learning and teaching truths from the Bible. With access to various Bible translations and the many publications, videos, and audio files available free of charge, this app is able to help make Bible truths easy to find and understand. Be sure to download at least one version of the Bible in order to use and make the most of the magazines, pamphlets, books and other publications you will likely want to download. What you download will be available offline.
App won't re-install. When I updated the study Bible, the app deleted the Bible and when I tried to reload the Bible the app kept crashing and stopped working. so I deleted the app entirely and am now trying to reload it, but, I get a message that my device will not support JW Library. I don't understand what happened. Maybe you can give me some suggestions, thank you! I cannot be without JW app even if I have to buy another tablet to have it. It is just too valuable!
having JW Library on hand is very useful, you have all the scriptures and literature and stuff all on one app and it's very easy to use, really like having all the JW videos on hand to😁😁 [It is still great, but I've come across something.... I think its from having too many publications downloaded, now it won't open. This happened to my tablet and I had to wipe the data for it to work, I really don't want to do that for my phone....😓]
The app gets better & better. However, I have not been able to sync across devices automatically. I have been annotating on my PC jwlibrary app & saved a backup but when uploading it to my mobile device it says it can't download the file. I tried reinstalling it & it won't sync. I have now lost all my notes on my mobile device. They're only saved on my PC (an older version of the app).
Not to complain, but to help fix bugs in the system - I downloaded broadcasts so I wouldn't have to stream them. However, whenever I try to play the downloads, the whole app crashes. And it's not just the broadcasts. On my phone - Original songs work fine, but on my wife's phone, they don't unless they're on a separate Playlist. So, we know you are working hard to fix these kinds of things, just wanted to make you aware. Thank you so much brothers and sisters.
Still waiting for the elusive cloud syncing (or at least a login, possibly tied to hub, that allows for data to be synced through there and then just need to log on to the app on each device)...additionally, it would be great to have a search bar (possibly with the transcript indexed in searching) that allows for searching for a specific program. Of course, the content will always be great so that would be a perpetual 5 stars :)
All is fantastic! I love the new feature where I can see my highlighted scriptures in the side panel. It's great for helping my eyes stay focused and jog my memory, without losing my place. It's awesome for keeping main points together 😄. I'm having one recent issue though, the same as Miguel Abad. On my laptop, I can be typing or speech texting, and without touching anything, my cursor jumps to the bottom of the note and puts text there instead. Thanks so much for your hard work on the app! 😊
If you want to read the scriptures accurately, according to the original scripts, the access for learning is unprecedented. The massive digital library allows you to learn anywhere at any time, even without internet. The value of treasure you will store for the heavens is at your fingertips and even greater, eager kind and loving, and caring people who enjoy teaching others about the TRUTH. Even if you favor another church, the Bible is written well here and you can learn ever so much more!
This app is the best with multiple languages, Bible's, lots of videos and literature to help with Bible Study. A friend in Canada, and myself, in USA, read Bible reading together, but both have been experiencing issues with listening to the Bible being read in English. Sometimes it restart at the beginning of a chapter when you are half way through the chapter. Sometimes it won't start at a selected verse, but will only go back to beginning. Can't find where to report bug issues.
Great app. Use it every day. Thank you for this wonderful study app. And thank you for all the effort and hard work that is obviously been put into it.❤️ Is there a way to be able to highlight specific words in the comment boxes as well? Also, it would be great if I could underline words/ sentences in the paragraphs instead of color coding everything.
Love the app. It's an amazing tool! But I have some suggestions... Love that there is a dark mode but the highlight colors are washed out and dark. They look terrible. Would be nice to increase the saturation so they are more bright and vivid. I know some of the older friends may not like that so a slider in the settings to adjust the brightness would be ideal. It would also be very nice if I could sync my notes from Google Drive to the app.
