I will give it 2 stars because it's nice to have in a pinch. I rarely even seek medical treatment and it's hard to get an appointment at the VA where I go. You can also cancel and resubscribe when you need to. So basically I pay for the whole month when I literally need one visit. That being said they have more than doubled their monthly price and they bill 3 months at a time. No. I will be looking elsewhere for telehealth appointments.

I wish I would have used one of the better known apps I've used in the past! I would have rather paid more than deal with this service! I don't have enough characters to explain all the problems with this service! But it took nearly 3.5 hours from the time I paid for my visit to get and complete my visit. The doctor herself seemed nice. Although I think she was inexperienced. The chat visit took an hour and 25 minutes!! This service is too complicated, and takes too long. Not worth it!

Have used for about 2 years. Used to be 12 dollars a month or so. Never had any issues. All of a sudden a few months ago I was notified of a massive price increase to continue using their service. From 12 to 49 dollars a month. For me their service means they send a 3 month refill to my pharmacy of choice when I contact them every 3 months. No way I'm paying that! Recently I couldn't figure out why my empty credit card kept having to be paid off monthly, they automatically signed me up!! Avoid!!

Concept of the app is great and the very little conversation I did start to have with a clinician was thorough, however not even a few minutes in the chat feature started glitching, logging me out, and eventually just got stuck on the loading screen and never let me communicate further despite refreshing, re downloading, etc. For that reason, I requested a refund and canceled my membership. Hope they fix the app!

This app is good overall, but there is no notification to let you know when a doctor has joined a chat. This often causes me to have to reconnect with another provider several times until I manage to catch one before they leave the chat. It often takes several hours to connect to someone so if I miss one it will sometimes take all day till I finally get a hold of a provider. Also there no reminders or notifications when it's time for a follow up visit.

BUGGY. I tried to get a prescription but the doctor assumed i was not available and left because the two messages I sent randomly disappeared? I then went to go rate the service and it had an option to type it. Anytime besides talking to a doctor the app will not allow me to send. It gives no reason, it just makes the outline of the box red. I reduced the text and the same thing happened. Closed it out and opened it back up still the same. The only option that works is the skip button.

Good, affordable service for minor ailments. The response time can be quite slow and inconvenient at times. For example a physician becomes available several hours later and gives you a five minute window to respond. Before ending the session and starting the process over. It's not always the case though. Overall I do recommend this service for those with limited availability and/or no health insurance.

Downloaded the app on a new phone, now nothing works. Can't log in, can't sign up for a new account, nothing. Just get to the login/sign up screen, and when I try tapping submit, the button greys our and nothing happens. No error message, no "incorrect credentials", it just sits there. Ended up deleting it because all it did was take up memory.

When I first found this app in 2020 it was amazing. But it has gone downhill in the last 6 months or so. I'm constantly having issues like being charged multiple times, being unable to resume a visit, being charged and then the doctor just closing the chat without helping me, and the app freezing and not loading. Plus the cost has gone up $20 since I started. My co-pay is cheaper than that. I don't recommend this app anymore.

I personally was unable to use this app to speak to a doctor. I apparently had more than one account so my verification was failing. However, support was amazing. I only wanted the app for antibiotics from a small ailment, so I paid for a one-time visit. When my account was unable to be verified, I contacted support to figure out the problem (and then eventually get a refund). They replied and resolved the problem and issued a refund in only a day.

If I could give a zero. I would. This is only to give anyone else a heads up. Took 4 hours to actually sign in and make s profile. I only ask for a one time visit and few of $23 and it was simply for hypertension, then the more that I was giving not information about myself I had problems with a few of the questions. Had to go in and out of the app. Several times to to get the account set up. Then, couldn't get an appointment for hypertension. Got so much more to say. To be continued...........

It's fairly simple to use, although kind of annoying that I can't set up multiple profiles (especially since the ad showed a woman handing her phone over to her boyfriend, so technically he would've gotten a "diagnosis" based on her background; kinda misleading, honestly). The list of symptoms could also be fleshed out more; bruising is not an available symptom, which strikes me as odd. I do like that I can put in my health background and medications; the other symptom checking app I'd used recently, Ada, doesn't have that option. Overall, it's got potential, but it's not quite there yet. I'm interested in checking out future updates!

It's always slow. The app runs slow. Everytime I request to speak with a doctor the app says under 1 hour and I'm always waiting 2-3 hours. On the up side the doctors have been nice and friendly and 12$ a month seems fair for what you get. I know some people who just use the app for refills. I wouldn't mind paying more monthly if the times were lower and the app was improved. Over all 3 out 5 . Ps. There are other services like this but cost more. Never used them though

UPDATE: Forced updates are aggravating, removing a star. Otherwise a good app. I downloaded the app, got in contact with a doctor almost immediately, and my medication arrived less than a week later. Customer service was very fast and helpful, even providing a tracking number when I asked for it. Seems like people don't know you can pay for a prescription ($12 a month for me!) and not anything else.

this app is very frustrating and not at all user-friendly. every 3 months I try to get my script refilled. in the app, there's nothing that says here for a prescription refill. so, a lot of texts are sent before getting to a visit. then I'm told I should have used the widget to fill out the questionnaire, but there is no "widget"! also Im supposed to get notifications when it's time for a refill, yet I never do. they make it impossible & then they yell at me for doing it wrong!

This app slow and glitchy. Half the time it erases what you just typed. The rest of the time it is so and has to catch up to you. Then you'll send something that was supposedly finished typing and a word or half a word will be missing from the sentence. If you have to go back and correct something, forget about it. I use the Keep app and copy pasta from there. Support is terrible. Want to get a prior authorization, forget about it!

I used to really love the convenience of this app. Being able to refill prescriptions without going to a doctor was really easy and helpful, but lately I've had a lot of problems with this app. The notifications don't always work, and no one gets back to me anymore. I'll submit a refill request at 10 am and not get a reply until 2 am, which I'm not awake for but of course then I'll get a notification saying I missed it. It's become even more inconvenient than just going to the doctor.

Update: I had already reviewed the service as 1 star, but somehow that have managed to get worse. They just more that doubled their price without adding anything. Their app still barely works, and the service you get is as bad as ever. At their new rate of $348 per year (if you already paid) or 588 per year for new users it's actually cheaper to to do a doctor. I had been thinking about canceling because of the bad experience getting refills each month, thanks for making it easy for me.

The onboarding process is absolute trash. Requesting an appointment requires that you use an "AI powered" intake form, that takes an incredibly long time to fill out, and removes a number of choices and options that are clinically important. I've used many telehealth apps, and this is the worst one. It was also the worst telehealth experience I've had with a doctor, who I suspect was relying on an "AI" to answer questions or had just suffered head trauma.

While pretty thorough in most areas, there seems to be no symptom in the list to choose for a slow, hard-pounding heart. If I select "pounding heart" from the search results, it translates it to palpitations, which really isn't the same thing. I've experienced both in my life many times and selecting palpitations can tamper with a potentially accurate result.
