Very easy to navigate.

Can be a bit difficult inputting an address for both the pick up point & destination. I would have to manually set the point on the map.

Great app! I have just one request as a business traveler. Please add a function to be able to download or share receipts for business travel expense reports.

K-Ride is an easy to use, very reliable and very economical app.

the worst app to foreigbers! exceptionally bad with location pin point with zooming out on the map while in a ride so bad.

can’t even open the app. it starts to open but then inevitably shuts down, kicks me off the app.

Rate this 0 star. Foreigners are re-directed from official Kakao Taxi app to this useless app. Which then places you at the lowest priority in cab calling. app is good and you get taxis fast but the price is atleast 25% more, most of the time around 50% more and even up to 80% more than it would cost on uber or hailing a taxi yourself.

Scam, do not install. Forces you to only use international credit cards, then charges 10% fee on top of already expensive fare for the ride. In app message said surcharge would be refunded at end of trip but it wasn’t so it’s just theft.

It would be nice to have an option of paying using card or paying the driver directly. Instead of being forced to link the card to the app. Some of us are just insecure & don’t trust technology. Hence, such options would make us more confident with the app

Tried to use it once from the Busan Airport to my hotel. I booked a driver, told them exactly where I was (gate number) and they never showed up. I got charged a cancellation fee. Taxi drivers in South Korea are honest. Save the trouble and just use them instead of this app.
