Very easy to navigate.

Can be a bit difficult inputting an address for both the pick up point & destination. I would have to manually set the point on the map.

Great app! I have just one request as a business traveler. Please add a function to be able to download or share receipts for business travel expense reports.

The app is easy to use but it charges 2x. They emailed me that it will be refunded within 14 days but no reversal recieved in my account. I thought this a good transportation app but I was wrong. I hope you improve. please do not charge 2x, instead check available balance if enough to accommodate the ride, then post the payment once the transaction is done.

the app is very easy to use and understand. it's in english! reasonable price. the driver is polite and very helpful. highly recommended.

Very hard to enter English directions

Overcame the sign in issues by trying 5 different cards (mine and my husband's) where it eventually received the authentication text that allows you to set up an account. Once set up, you can add any other card to pay from, obviously use fx free one. We travelled to SKorea (Seoul and Busan) twice in 6 months and are here again. Works great and you type in the English equivalent for your to/from destination. Instantly orders a local/kakao taxi everytime (even at midnight), quicker than ubertaxi

This app is unreliable. Firstly upon booking a taxi ride it doesn't show you where the taxi is and how long it takes to arrive. When cancelling the ride, it penalises you 2,200 korean won for cancelling even though I waited 10-15 minutes. For using the app, they levy a surcharge for using the app hence you pay more than if you do a flag down. This is not tourist friendly. I would have given a zero rating if I could.

The driver wouldn't take us because of our luggage (that hadn't been an issue for any driver before and others in our group had bigger luggage and no issues) and the app made us pay a no-show fee even though it was the driver not letting us enter the car. Our complaint wasn't accepted, and there was no way to reply to the customer center's answer. We use Uber now in South Korea. They are more customer centred and offer a better service.

K-Ride is an easy to use, very reliable and very economical app.

the worst app to foreigbers! exceptionally bad with location pin point with zooming out on the map while in a ride so bad.

can't even open the app. it starts to open but then inevitably shuts down, kicks me off the app.

Rate this 0 star. Foreigners are re-directed from official Kakao Taxi app to this useless app. Which then places you at the lowest priority in cab calling. It's either forever searching, or only few taxi options available. The fare is way more expensive than Uber and it's almost impossible to book a cab for 5 people or more. Save yourself from this scam app, download the "International Taxi" app, which you can scan from every stall vendor in Myeongdong. Official Seoul taxi app and cheapest.

Default payment method (credit card) cannot be deleted even if you want to pay by cash or other card. If a taxi is assigned to you but is already going to drop someone then you cannot see how far that taxi is from you. Cancelling in such case can also be charged. Cost is more than Uber. Please update these bugs.

app is good and you get taxis fast but the price is atleast 25% more, most of the time around 50% more and even up to 80% more than it would cost on uber or hailing a taxi yourself.

Scam, do not install. Forces you to only use international credit cards, then charges 10% fee on top of already expensive fare for the ride. In app message said surcharge would be refunded at end of trip but it wasn't so it's just theft.

It would be nice to have an option of paying using card or paying the driver directly. Instead of being forced to link the card to the app. Some of us are just insecure & don't trust technology. Hence, such options would make us more confident with the app

Tried to use it once from the Busan Airport to my hotel. I booked a driver, told them exactly where I was (gate number) and they never showed up. I got charged a cancellation fee. Taxi drivers in South Korea are honest. Save the trouble and just use them instead of this app.

If you can, just use Uber or KakaoTaxi because this app doesn't function well at all. I am rather disappointed in kakao for releasing this in such a broken state. I spent 10 mins in a loop setting starting point and then finally got to ending point and it wouldn't display the price. I checked in KT, worked fine, tried again in KR, still didn't work right immediately. Only takes one inconvenience and I'm done lol.

Scam app. Didn't confirm that I wanted to order the ride but it charged and booked anyway. Tried cancelling it many times, closed and reopened the app, still didn't work. It wasn't until the driver was close that I was able to cancel and it charged me a fee. Basically stole money from me and blocked me from cancelling. Not only did it take a fee, it still hasn't refunded the full journey payment that it took without permission. Stole full ride cost and fee for journey I didn't take or order.
