It is educational and gives personalized exercises based on your needs. You choose your starting position level. I like the fact it could be covered by your medical insurance, and saves you hundreds of dollars compared to physical therapy.

it has in app purchaces not initially declared on android play store. it only lets you use it 7 days free and then you have to pay 60+ per year or 2 per week. avoid! they force you to let them process your data and pass it on. shame really! the dev responded with a […]
As one who has never had PT or taken exercise class, I didn’t know what an ab is. I had to stop and look it up. I still don’t know exactly what I do to tighten them. Also, not enough time is given to change positions between exercises. I’m finding I need to listen to […]
A good idea ruined by nagging emails and broken up into components you have to purchase, having been told the holistic approach is best! I really wanted to like this, but it annoyed me with its US style slow witted and pushy approach. An intellectual rethink of the user interface would make for a likeable […]
App looks good but i have uninstalled because of the following. It is a shame this app (like so many others) require you to give payment details just to test the trial period. I hate apps like this because they hope you will forget to unregister and pay at least one payment. It would be […]
After 30 years of back pain, I don’t expect this app to fix everything in a month, but after using this app for ~ 1 month I do have less pain and it feels like I’m on the right track. The user interface is mostly intuitive and easy to use, exercises are clearly explained, I […]
Signup seems broken. Endless loop when trying to sign up for a new account. App forces you to enter an employer, no option to skip, but accepts random entry. Then it asks for your email, but rejected two very real ones as not being valid. Deleted the app.
great product ,easily tailored to individuals needs.
Great comprehensive list of activities!
while I’m in a bad relapse right now, reading the materials and seeing the stretches let’s me know I’m on the right track and my Kaia coach had been so helpful already.
being a long time Hinge Health user and having to switch to this has been painful for me: weird exercises with weird videos, not engaging at all, lost my routine
I have had 4 Back Surgeries. The last surgery was a five and one half-hour Fusion of L 3, 4 , 5. Titanium screws bar and disc’s were utilized The light exercises were helpful in loosening up the tightness in the lower back. They also helped with my core strengthening.
I love the program and the activities are really helpful and relaxing.
Good substance. Not refined and too many bugs. I paid for the subscription but there are lot of bugs. Freezes. Doesn’t allow me to complete the exercise and generally feels like it’s 98 percent complete. The core exercises are good but the mindfulness and other tracks are a bit sophomoric and basic and very repetitive. […]
I’ve been using the Kaia App with great results for at least 2 years due to multiple injuries. This app is user friendly. It allows you to control the intensity & duration of physical therapy. You can chat with your PT Coach on a daily basis, and check in about your condition & the type […]
Best app for recovering from physical pain and the mind, easy to use. It’s like having your physical therapist in your hands.
Wonderful responsive health coaches, but major problem with the plan itself. It’s a bit frustrating that you can only get a main plan for your main focus area, but not the other unless you actively click to do additional focus exercises for specific target areas. I don’t get what the point is to provide a […]
So far, so good. I am doing the exercises after work. It forces you to slow down, relax, and shift your focus to personal matters.
I love this app. I set an alarm and do my stretches during my break at work. The personal coach Irene has been very helpful and the input I suggested was implemented! Great app, easy to use.
I received membership to the app from my employer. Before I started using the app, I was having a lot of pain in my foot due to a sports injury that lead to my arch collapsing, aka fallen arch. I have not been using the app long, but the exercises does seem to be helping. […]
