This app is a mess. At times it won't allow me to open my keyboard or click on things in the app. Sometimes it does either or both, randomly, after having been working just fine for most of a session, making it impossible for me to login, finish booking an appointment, order medication, or try to email my doctor. Booking an appointment is difficult, as the dates aren't very clearly displayed. When it works, it's convenient. But often it's just annoying.

Starts off good but... So when I install the app things work fine. At some point down the road, the app just no longer loads. It just stays stuck in the opening graphic and never loads. This issue has happened to me multiple times over the last year or two. The only fix I've been able to figure out is to uninstall and reinstall the program which is a pain to do each time. I currently have a OnePlus 10 pro phone, so it's a fairly recent device.

Completely useless. For the longest time it wouldn't show any appointments at all at any location, and it had the wrong primary doctor at the wrong location. I told them on the phone every time I called, and they finally fixed that. Now I can't pay bills in the app. I put in my card number and hit next, it says "you're almost done" and grays out the whole page, but doesn't give me anything to accept, approve, add more info, whatever. It just sits indefinitely at a grayed out page.

This app is pointless because there are no appointments available for anything beyond phone visit for a cold, will not allow to schedule appointments for different doctors that are available. I have been with my assigned doctor for almost three years now and have seen him in person once, booked six months in advance for a physical, the only thing Medicare checks to make sure he's doing. always booked out for months, can't get help for ongoing health issues. No phone listed to call for appointm

This app does what you need it to, but not much else. There are too many repetitive motions and input commands that could be streamlined and made intuitive. Far too often you cannot navigate within sub menus but must instead return to home screen, navigate the dashboard, wade through drop down menus and hope you don't fat thumb or lag click on something. Clean up the navigation and selection please.

Frequently my medical records and messages are unavailable, my prescriptions aren't listed, and scheduling an appointment is next to impossible, essentially rendering the app useless. Also, I'm often interrupted by a prompt to fill out a feedback survey while I'm trying to navigate the pharmacy section. Not only is this frustrating, but for each survey I take when this happens I mention this issue, yet the problem persists.

Editing review to 1 star. I try to log in, and it says certain functions are no longer available and to go to the website. I go to the website and it won't add prescriptions to the cart for refills. I ended up having to call, but since it's after their usual hours, it says they're closed. So I find ANOTHER number for the pharmacy directly, and then I could use the automated system. Dunno what's going on but they'd better get their ducks in a row, here.

Overall a good app. But the pharmacy prescription filling process is really poorly made. I place an order and then it just disappears into a black hole. There's no receipt. There's no track my order. There's no evidence that I actually placed in order. I can't even take a screenshot of the order process because the app doesn't allow screenshots. I'm left with no proof that I actually orderex a refill. Just wait a couple days and maybe get a text that says your order has been shipped. Sigh.

Janky, The "give feedback" message does not let me give feedback. I've clicked on it, and it just disappears. I get reminders to do things my Dr. didn't assign, and when I ask her about it she says I shouldn't be due for them for the next few years. I don't know how to get rid of these reminders. I wish the exercise apps were somehow connected, because a lot of people don't know about them. It logs me out too frequently. I can order prescriptions, but don't know when they're ready.

Buggy, slow, inconvenient to use. Pages such as test results and past appointments take a long time to load, and the loading wheel disappears periodically, making it seem like it's stoped loading. Sometimes messages seem to get stuck scrolled all the way to the bottom. Instead of allowing you to search for all appointments available at any centers in a certain radius, you have to manually search every nearby center for appointments if one place is booked up.

This app, and the website, on Android, have always been painfully disorganized, deathly slow. Now after spending 3 weeks trying to get one of them to work without "we are experiencing technical difficulties" to order a prescription refill I'm now almost out of, I have to enter my credit card, and the box for "year" just shows "year"! No way to input a date. And lower down on the page, there's a disclaimer or something that stops in mid-sentence! Do Better. You are HEALTH CARE. Act like it!

Buggy, slow, and unorganized. The app can take MINITES to load pagesand often fails. So buggy it's hard to use. An example: try to pay a bill, but after putting in all my Credit Card info, you can only click two buttons "Back" and "Cancel". They both do the same thing and cancel the payment! Info in the app is often wrong or not updated. I've at least gotten lab results back quickly through the app.

Almost impossible to load a photo and send it. Actually, yet to get it to work (3 days). I'm sure on their end it works best by forcing you to select from a drop down menus - cumbersome, slow and painful from our end. You can't even select more than one recipient. Definetely needs an upgrade. The rest has been really good & I'd say equal to my chart app I'm used to using.

This app sucks when it comes to the pharmacy. It will not allow me to change from shipping to pick up. Constantly searches and never let's you enter a zip code. Doesn't pull up any locations. I uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. Please fix this! Now I have to go there and wait for them to fill 3 scrips, instead of ordering ahead to pick up. Thus spreading grems longer. Yikes!

it works, sort of. The messaging and test results interfaces are awkward, and it's difficult to find things. It seems to have been designed without really thinking about making it easier for the end user, or without testing by actual people. But it does let you communicate, and get information, so there's that, which I guess is the purpose. Developers, if you want more feedback get in touch. There's too much to list in 500 characters

It works, but it takes a long time to pull up sections in the app. It's almost to the point where I assume that there's an app crash. Waiting a little longer usually makes the information populate. I understand that it's pulling from a large database, but at least some sort of countdown/loading icon would be helpful for the user experience. And of course, faster information retrieval would be awesome.

Frequently doesn't show appointments until the day of, always has some kind of error message and to top it off the thing couldn't possibly run any slower! If you want to get something done you might as well get on the computer, but really only when their systems are up and working. Good healthcare, crummy/outdated technology

The app is helpful for completing easy tasks like ordering medications and sending messages. If you have a non urgent need to see your PCP and feel like there isn't enough time, schedule an appointment that shows availability with two time slots back to back. You must go back in to schedule the second time slot. If you receive a phone call questioning one of the appointments, explain you have a lot to go over, questions, etc. It might depend on the relationship you have with your doctor.

slow, annoying, could be more useful. Whatever their infrastructure looks like, it sucks. it takes 15 seconds to login, 15 seconds to load most pages, 15 seconds to do anything. Very slow The express check-in doesn't actually check you in, I don't know why they call it express check-in. I'm tired of it asking me to go paperless every time I login. overall awful experience.

I just downloaded the new version and now it will not even open. It prompts me to sign in with biometrics, and when I do, it just closes the app again. Response: Of course it was up to date since I just updated it! In case anyone else experiences this problem, I discovered a workaround. You can't sign in with biometrics the first time you log in after an update. You have to log in with a password, and then biometric login will work again after that.
