The car alarm and this app are dangerously flawed products that are going to get someone killed. The physical device fails to update it's software properly and is so erratic it's unusable. You can't get it armed, it arms itself at some later time, it fails to take video or pics of attempted break-ins, it fails to send notifications and then it tries to kill you. Driving down the highway it arms itself and sets off a 120db alarm which is going to cause someone to lose their life.

Super buggy app doesn't work on my S25 Samsung had to cancel the subscription and asked for my money back.The device sometimes would only take a 2 second clip and never game me "Real" time notifications went on vacation and just never felt protected customer service was amazing 👏 answering all my questions but at the end of the day device was not for me.

I have had a horrible experience with the keep technologies alarm. I was sitting in my car and the alarm went off directly in my ears on two separate occasions. 120 decibels going off in your ear is not and the incident could have been much worse if I had been driving luckily on both occasions I wasn't driving the car. Please be aware of this I wouldn't recommend it to anyone just buy a regular car alarm and stay away from this. Also, the key fob was right there with me.

Excellent product. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this device to anyone wanting a car alarm without a complicated install.
