Hi, Kindly fix this app from the past 1 months whenever I've opened this app showing as offline unable to connect online after several attempts also. I'm a monthly subscriber from the past 2 years now I've cancelled the recurring payment. very difficult to use. I'm currently staying in Dubai, UAE. kindly resolve as early as possible

This app should be renamed from KeepCalling to KeepPayingMore. I use the app less than year, during that time there were two calling rate rises. Every time in about 30%. Every time with a message "Thank you for understanding". OK, I understand, but I stop paying.
It’s a big scam. This is the second time I’ve paid to recharge a mobile number in my country from the UK. KeepCalling takes money from my account and marks it as “in progress,” so I can’t cancel it. The “in progress” status lasts for weeks until you forget, and then they charge you without actually recharging the mobile number.
Good app. new update, my app keeps crashing while trying to open it. i tried cleaning the data and catche but still crashing. my phone says it has bug
bugs! i set up everything and topup 10dollar. Make a call successfully. after the first successful call, the connection is always offline. I try to reinstall the app, and now the UI always ask me to topup credit while I still have 9 dollar left. The app should check my balance instead of forcing user to topup credit when I first login
By far the worst app experience I've had recently is with KeepCalling. In its current state, it feels like a complete scam. They take your money, activate a voice package, and as soon as you try to call a number — even within your own country — the package starts getting deducted from the very first second, whether the call connects or not! And the most ridiculous part? If the call doesn't go through, instead of an error or voicemail, some random AI voice answers asking, "Who are you?" It's sca
After the update on August 6, the app crashes shortly after starting it. As soon as they fix this, I will adjust my review. PS: The developer kindly replied, claiming that the bug is fixed. This does not seem to be the case for me (3.30.1 is the newest version available for my phone).
waste of money, when calling you end up with the wrong person on the other end, I suspect they buy cheap connections to keep the rates low, but this messes with the routing, and you get connected to the wrong number. I even tried calling a local number that I own, and I got connected to some other person.
horrible app, money suckers. I live in Australia and downloaded this app to call to the Netherlands to various organizations that only can be contacted via phone. Sometimes I'm able to call, most of the time not even a connection is made. I've added extra credit and still nothing. A very painful experience if you've made arrangements to jump on a call with the other side of the world. Will not recommend
First use, not a good experience, hearing the other party echoed, plus you can't get through because you can't select menu choices - you press the key, it beeps but it doesn't record it on the other side. It made me immediately switch to my phone app and use the old way with the token ... It's like the software department has no QA, it's hard to believe you can release an application so flawed.
Using over a decade, never complaint even I've had reasons when they changed prices without telling me. I thought, it's OK, I can afford a penny or two per minute. But today, I found out that I've to pay for using it! No prior notice, no customer loyalty? I just signed up with another app! Yeah, Keep exploiting!!
KeepCalling is the perfect app for me. My (Obama) phone does not allow international calls. With KeepCalling I can call just about anywhere in the world seamlessly and inexpensively. It is extremely simple to use. All I have to do is dial the number using the app's dial pad then use the phone as I normally would. I'm a grumpy old man and I will not endorse a product unless I truly like it. This app gets my approval all day long.
Can't say more about this but certainly this app has served its purpose and makes it easier to use your credit even if you don't make a monthly payments. In the time of various social media calling feature sometime we get lost of the phone call. However, keepcalling is very easy to use and does help me to make a call very easily. The credit don't expire, so if you have purchased even an year ago the amount would still be there for you to use. I recommended to couple of my friends too.
It simply stopped working altogether. Multiple attempts to call Germany. Called Customer service 3 times. They said they would get Tech Support involved. Nothing happened. I called back. They said they had sent me an email. No email had ever been sent. Been trying for the past 5 days to make a simple phone call. Nothing works.
Thus app has not been working for about a month. I think this happened after last update. It says the connection to server has failed. No more access to your profile so I'm unable to cancel autopay. No way to contact them through the app. I sent a message through their website which I tried to log in to and said email and password didn't match (sight)
If you are still considering, DO NOT get this app. This dumb app keeps telling that my internet connection is not strong. My internet speed is 500 mbps. I never had any issues with any other apps, streaming, gaming, download etc. It worked fine when it did. It doesn't work anymore. This is just a rip off as money left in my account is a waste.
I've been using this app since November 2013 and haven't had any problems. Until today. Now it's saying that the connection to the server is resetting because my Internet is slow. That's impossible because I have 3G and high speed Internet plus Wi-Fi in my apartment. So, the problem must be with the app. On top of everything, I can't even log in. Developers, please fix this. *UPDATE* They fixed the problem the very same day and I haven't had any problems since!
For the past few years, this app has been very good. Then suddenly, all my info disappeared on the app (CC payment methods, email, etc.), I can't make calls, and it only says offline, and I still have an active balance. I logged out/in, re-installed app. Nothing works. Called their U.S.A toll-free #, and the recording says no longer available. What's going on?
Very new and charged my account with calling credits. However, when trying to setup caller ID and setting, keeps taking me to dialpad, won't even let call out, not even able to contact customer service via the app. Not sure if I should request a full refund or give it a try to let them resolve the problem. Hope someone will see this comment and responses in a timely manner. UPDATE: The problem couldn't be resolved, requested refund, and continue on the search for Skype replacement 😕
