I had the original Kelley Blue Book app that was fantastic this new app sucks you can't do nothing or get any information there's no details at all
Constantly crash, won't show value menu. No dealer price and no average street price available like in old app. At this time app needs work.
What happened to the original app? The one before used to check out the value of any car with ease. All they did was make it more difficult to use. Great job genius 👎
It's about time! This is leaps and bounds better than the previous KBB app. I love this updated, modernized version. It is intuitive and allows me to value my vehicle quickly.
What is the purpose? This app went from being a great database of new and used cars to only showing you information on what your car would be worth if you were to sell it. No research available on anything else! Get your act together KBB.
Edit: they made it so you can use it as a giest. Thank you. App runs smooth Forced to give email and sign up to use the app. Not a good move. Web version doesn't require email.
This app allowed me to get a better perspective on the value of my car. I had no idea of how much my car was worth I needed a different car so I wanted to sale or trade it in for basically the same value of mine.
The App is very limited compared to the website version. Using the same login, and my saved web searches do not show under applications, nor any ability to search. Very limited.
this app every day gets worse. I hope they can do a real update soon as you can't change it to private sale right now very bad that kbb really needs to work on this app it only shows as trade in value. What a horrible app as 5/13/2025
I downloaded the app for Android and literally it made it impossible to select the car and the model and everything it just never worked and I spent about 40 minutes trying to do it now I'm going to try the online and be done with it otherwise
