I had the original Kelley Blue Book app that was fantastic this new app sucks you can't do nothing or get any information there's no details at all

Constantly crash, won't show value menu. No dealer price and no average street price available like in old app. At this time app needs work.

What happened to the original app? The one before used to check out the value of any car with ease. All they did was make it more difficult to use. Great job genius 👎

It's about time! This is leaps and bounds better than the previous KBB app. I love this updated, modernized version. It is intuitive and allows me to value my vehicle quickly.

What is the purpose? This app went from being a great database of new and used cars to only showing you information on what your car would be worth if you were to sell it. No research available on anything else! Get your act together KBB.

Edit: they made it so you can use it as a giest. Thank you. App runs smooth Forced to give email and sign up to use the app. Not a good move. Web version doesn't require email.

This app allowed me to get a better perspective on the value of my car. I had no idea of how much my car was worth I needed a different car so I wanted to sale or trade it in for basically the same value of mine.

The App is very limited compared to the website version. Using the same login, and my saved web searches do not show under applications, nor any ability to search. Very limited.

this app every day gets worse. I hope they can do a real update soon as you can't change it to private sale right now very bad that kbb really needs to work on this app it only shows as trade in value. What a horrible app as 5/13/2025

I downloaded the app for Android and literally it made it impossible to select the car and the model and everything it just never worked and I spent about 40 minutes trying to do it now I'm going to try the online and be done with it otherwise

If you try to search using more than 5 filters then the search crashes. Having filters for price, mileage, make, model, and drivetrain should be bare minimum.

Use to have all of these features where you could look up the make and model of any car new or used and was helpful if you were shopping for a car. Now the only feature is to calculate the value of a car you own, and that doesn't even work half the time.

Very disappointed to have the latest kbb app that only provided trade in value. I could not find an option to get private party. I've used them for over 30 years for private party values. Why make this challenging gor your users?

There's a better kelly blue book I used to have and it is 100 times better than this one, but I can't find it! It tells the price for your car been fair or in good condition. Dealer price, private price, etc. I miss that one.

I dont like this update. It used to give me ALL the values of a car on one page. Now, it only gives 1 value at a time, either trade in or private party. It used to give 4 different values, and I could read reports and customer reviews on their cars and common problems.

I'm a car salesman and use KBB to look up values daily. Would be extremely convenient to be able to do it from my phone. But to be more precise I have to use the Vin. And the app does not allow you to search by vin like the website version does. Not sure why. But a huge mistake in my opinion. I would give it 5 stars if they added a vin search option. Or better, a vin scanning tool.

Really like the old app, which gives me retail, private, and trade-in values. Would be 5 stars if options could be selected. Right now, only mileage can be changed. Whoops! thought i was reviewing the old app. Don't like the new app. no retail prices given. Only trade-in and private party prices are given. Dropped rating to 2 stars

I loved the old KBB app because you could get used, private party, OR trade-in. I only came here to see whether I'm being overcharged on a used sale, and now you can't get used pricing estimates. They also used to include both consumer reviews and professional reviews for the car you're looking at, but that's not here, either. SERIOUS downgrade. All in all, I want the old app back. This is trash.

This is missing the dealer's used car price estimate. Now only show trade in and private sales estimate.

absolutely horrible app, the old wasnt perfect, but it was still really good. if it ain't broke don't fix it
