It’s good if you don’t know you tube, it is like a collection of all free recepies from other apps. Don’t want to pay for this!

Not really a free app. If you’re wanting to pay I’m sure you could get some decent recipes but no free recipes. Easier to follow a known blogger for recipes.

This app has provided me with great recipes for my diet. Simple and easy way to describe. Total good work.

Very easy to use lots of recipes easy follow directions and for every recipe it already counts the calories for you lots of fun low carb desserts and smoothies

No active links. Just videos for recipes. Must physically type link into browser for actual recipe. No easy link to cancel. Only gets a star because it was needed to be able to comment.

There’s a good selection of recipes to choose from, some that can be made really quickly.Ingredients that don’t increase your calorie intake. Food for thought.

This is a great supportive and helpful resource to help get yourself fit in a safe and sane way. Totally manageable. Resources are not hard to find and Keto is family friendly too!

Every recipe is a video. There’s no simple ingredient list, you have to watch the whole video to follow the recipe. It makes it really difficult to figure out what you need ahead of time.

Like vegeterian I can’t choose any option to get planned recipes with sea food but no meat. There is no any setting, option to choose that you don’t eat meat! App looks good but…sorry Just to add that I choose Croatian language in settings.

I see no way at all to cancel this membership. I want to be able to pick my own recipes of what I want to eat in a day. But meal plan is made up and see no way to change it. Very disappointed!!

10 pm every night, it wants me to update to a premium subscription. REALLY! What moron thought that was a good idea fir 10 pm. I don’t care how good the recipes when my 5 am alarm goes off and I haven’t slept well. Second and third shift workers, this apps for you.
