So here's my honest take on Key Attestation Demo. I've tested a bunch of Android development tools and this one's pretty solid. The core functionality works well and it's a great way to get your hands dirty with the technical details of key attestation. Sure, the UI could use some polish, but the core features are really useful if you need to implement this security measure in your own apps. Definitely recommend it for Android devs, but probably not the best fit for casual users.

Description

Been using Key Attestation Demo for a couple months now. It’s basically an app that helps Android developers learn about key attestation – a security feature for verifying the identity of Android devices. Pretty solid app if you’re into Android development and want to dig into some of the more technical aspects of device security.

Here’s what you do: you can generate different types of key attestation certificates, test them out, and see how Android handles the verification process. There’s also some sample code you can play with, which is pretty cool. And the documentation is pretty clear – took me a while to figure out some of the concepts but it’s all useful stuff.

Look, if you’re an Android dev or a power user who’s into this kinda thing, you’ll probably like this app. It’s not perfect – the UI can be a bit clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you want to learn more about key attestation.
