purchased by mistake when i haven't even got a vehicle i could use it on and Google refusing to give me a refund so £47 quid down the pan because they charge you a full year joke of an app and shame on Google.

really? you actually sent me a request to rate your app when it literally just uploaded on my phone? I won't give a good or bad review, hense, the 3 stars. how about you re-send your request in, say ...2 - 4 weeks

Support emails don't get through, they all bounce, cannot be delivered. tried several times. can't even login into the app, for settings

this app is junk 7 day free trail still charged me the first day and the app doesn't work and I can't get ahold of anyone to get a refund

Sneakily took me to a scam website that asked me to enter my credit card info. I was charged for things I never purchased and had to cancel my card. Do not use.

won't connect with the car and try to cancel You don't get a refund they are scam and when you try to talk to someone its an error page do not waste your time or money

What a terrible app. Beware of all the ads that sneak subscriptions into it. It's embarrassing when you compare trash like this to Tesla's digital key that works perfectly without trying to steal from you.

!! FALSE ADVISEMENT !! I would give a negative two stars if that were an option.. this app only works if you've purchased the Kia app... which makes no sense because the Kia app gives you all this app does plus more.

app would not work no matter what I tried. logged in several times and it wouldn't do anything. my credit card was charged 50 bucks for an app that is completely useless

just like the other comments, this app is a joke. made sure it was for my car did the year subscription put my car info in and then it tells me its not compatible with my car. ask for refund nothing. stay away from this app.

Nope, I'm sorry. It sounds great, but if it doesn't work, there is no refund. I can't sign up without my card, even for the trial. They promise not to charge my card, so why do they need it? The answer is they don't. They just want it because... I've been burned before. And I can't believe in someone who doesn't believe in themselves and their product enough to protect the customer. I may as well just set my money on fire. At least then I would get some warmth out of it, instead of a gut ache.

this app is a rip off DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! said my car was compatible. once i signed up iy wasnt. I messaged support told them what was goin on. Jason with customer service said," Thanks for reaching customer support. Unfortunately I'm busy at the moment." what a joke waste of money

For 2018 RAV4 & many other vehicles, 3rd-party apps like KeyConnect offer LITTLE TO NO VALUE over free services in Toyota app (or GMaps for parking location lol). It can't magically add features like remote start if your car lacks necessary hardware. Also, for cost of couple yrs of SCAM subscription, you could pay once for actual real-life spare physical key FOB, rather than further enrich the ppl behind the #2 top grossing app in category 🙄 The positive reviews here obvious fakes & bots.

I paid $49.99 for the entire year and was never able to get it set up on my phone. I've been trying for 4 days and it just keeps taking me round and round in circles. I've canceled the subscription, and can't reach anyone to find out if I can get a refund. I've heard this app works well, but not my experience with my 2022 Hyundai Santa Cruz.

So, basically you HAVE to pay ( Yes or yes), to use the app. I promise you won't be able to do a single thing without paying 19.99/month or 69.99/year. And if you do pay it, you'll encounter several issues like compatibility, connectivity, and a ridiculous "7 day trial for only **$19.99" **Not refundable, must be paid immediately when selecting "7 day trial", and yes, it is not a free trial.

Well, I paid for subscription downloaded the app and it does cover my car however, there's no way to set up an account. I tried to log in but first you got to make an account in order to do so and it doesn't do so on the app. so how are you supposed to use the app if you can't sign into an account that you can't make because there's no place on the app to make a account.

there is no way to know if the app is working or not unless you subscribe and pay .. there should be at least a few days trial to test the app real compatibility (not the claim) and check the features if it worth it or not .. if it doesn't add a value to the vehicle original app why to waste time and money in addition to the risk of sharing your manufacturer vehicle account information with unknown app developer ... thank you .

I'd give this 0 if i could. This app is a scam. It charged me $30 to look to see if our car was even compatible with it, which it isn't!!! The developer DOES NOT respond to email. Buyer beware find a other app!!! I now have to take this to the credit card company. Update: Google play store was useless in resolving this issue and they continue to allow this scam company to charge customers regardless of if they actually get the product. The company itself does not respond to email at all.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. I paid for this app which said in the disclosure I would have a 7 day trial before it charged my card. LIE. Had this app on my phone for a couple minutes before I deleted it and subscription because it wasn't even compatible with our car when we locked the only set of keys in. Poorly designed to get people to buy the app before they are able to check for compatibility. Google wouldn't even give me a refund. KeyConnect, make it right and give me my $19.99 back!
