This would be great if the app menu included all the things you can buy... like green beans. much later: still no green beans? seriously?! $100 chicken little combo? come on. get it together. much much later: nothing. still no green beans. I try to redeem a side item with reward points, and there is nothing to choose. This is the worst of all the fast food apps that I know about.

As a programmer for 35 years, I'd fire your programmers immediately without severence. I downloaded this app to try KFC for the first time in my long life. I've just spent 45 minutes trying to use two credit cards I frequently use. No matter what card I enter, your system spits out an error that there is something wrong with my payment. There is something seriously wrong with your app. Rather than deal with this worthless excuse for an app, uninstalling. Never again.

terrible!! can't even cancel an order through the app. I called the store. they gave me a number. the number I called then gave me ANOTHER number...where I was transferred 3 times.....all to be told it was past the cancelation window time and they would have to escalate it to cancel the order (mind you I had been on the phone for 25min from the time I placed the order)....how terrible. will never be ordering through them again.

payments will not process. I've attempted several different payment types. all valid payments. Google pay. nothing works. my husband experiences the same issue on a different device. I miss out on points because I end up having to order at the restaurant & sometimes they dont have the same offer as on the app. very frustrating.

The Food was great, the ordering on the app not so much. I ordered the 3 Tenders meal. I was able to order the Wedges. I notice that Green Beans still isn't an option. When I go to order the drink, a medium Pepsi Zero is the only choice I had. I could not change it to a large. I could not change it to any other drink as there isn't a Apply button at the bottom. There isn't an option for UNsweet Tea either. When I do see Apply, it is missing the y. Out of space.

There's no deal worth trying to get. This app used to have many offers that were reasonable. Nowadays the only way to get a deal is by spending $10 (Get a free "item" by spending $10.) This never used to be the case just about 2 years ago. Whatever happened when the app changed, their offers to the customers changed too.

There is no option to add I store receipts or scan in store, and not all of the menu items in store are offered on here. Plus the deals are ridiculously stupid. and the price is outrageous for the size and amount you get. Not to mention 98% of the KFC's I've been to have not had the best inside environments, so it's not the best quality fast food chicken you can get.

Completely useless! After selecting a number of items, I try to pay, and it won't accept ANY payment method - GPay, or any of my cards, which work everywhere else. Tried to get through to a chat representative, it put me on a queue and then ended the chat. I don't see why they made the app at all.

Restaurant unreliable & 0 points if ordered there! I'm fed up with early closings, & substitutions I do NOT want. Getting a refund is painful when they just leave... I can only guarantee getting what I want at the window which makes using the app impossible. They don't even answer their phone! We all deserve our points for in-store purchases. Put it back into the app!!!!

unable to select things. I showed the store and they couldn't figure out why but in the app you can't select items. ie a drink. it's always medium pepsi. if you highlight another drink, there's no approval button. if you swipe left or down, it just cancels the selection and u still got pepsi. wound up ordering at the store cos the app is busted.

App is almost useless. Can't access the options that are available in store, ie: no 20 peice wing on app menu, but able to order in store - but then can't use app discount because I HAD to order in person in the store. No option to add a receipt to app for points if forgot phone or battery died. I will delete and try in a year or so to see if app is actually something I will use. As someone else mentioned the Taco Bell app is more useful and owned by same company. 😒

it's not worth the trouble. you can only get points if you order directly from the app. it was my first time back at a KFC in years. I downloaded the app in the drive thru after seeing the signs for it. i will not be returning to any KFC since I spent over $30 with no way to be rewarded and the amount of food is not worth that price. I'll get my chicken elsewhere. not to mention all the issues everyone else mentions... pathetic, in this day and age of technology it's just sad.

The app is great if you want mashed potatoes and a Pepsi with your combo. THERE'S NO WAY TO SELECT ANYTHING ELSE. You can click the side and a nice menu of choices comes up, but once you click a choice, the menu stays the same. Use the back button to get back and the order is still mashed potatoes and a Pepsi. No way to change it. The app is completely useless and really makes me not want to go to this restaurant at all.

App is garbage. Deals do not work. I followed the terms of a promo to the letter and all I get is "The promotional item is missing from your cart." Tried multiple times. Uninstalled and reinstalled to get the same "Promo not applied" message. This has happened every time I've tried to use a deal. Has anyone ever successfully gotten a deal through the app? I doubt it.

You cannot 'check in' if you are ordering at a store like you can with the Taco Bell app (both owned by same parent company). You also can't add gift cards as a form of payment, only CC. You can't customize deals like you can when at the store. So like their 6-piece Taste of KFC, yeah you cannot select the pieces that you would like. But you can do that at the store, but you'll have to go without getting any reward points. They need to bring this app to the Taco Bell app level TBH.

If you enjoy an app that hardly works, this is the app for you. The first few times I used it, it was great. Last dozen times I've tried and it will not accept ANY form of payment. No google pay, no credit cards. I even tried ordering from the web and same error. If you cannot figure out how to accept payments, maybe you should add a Pay At Store option. Or just go out of business because you obviously don't want mine. Oh...and bring back the Extra Crispy Strips, the new ones are garbage.

It's a great app with great digital exclusives making using the app great. However, the moment you get an item a lot, they start raising the prices on you. Plus, the rewards suck. You can get a chicken sandwich combo, which is great, but they do not let you change it to the spicy version. Plus, the app never actually tracks when your order is ready. If you put in a mobile order and the app says ready it's NOT! I'm not saying that mad I'm saying that as a warning. just go through the drive thru.

Don't waste your time!! Downloading the app is a joke. I placed an order in the mobile app and not only were few of the items incorrect but I was also missing items. Unfortunately companies no longer care about the quality of customer service provided. Even if you go out of your way to contact the manager, or the corporate office or complete the survey regarding your experience , you will not be contacted. They've already deducted your account and that's all that REALLY matters.

The app is horrible. Too limited to use. There should be an option to customize an order of chicken, namely which pieces you want, such as only breasts or no wings, whatever. It could be done to upcharge for the selections if needed. Because there are no options, the app is useless. You always have to go in to order. Plus, the KFC store I go to never seems to have enough pieces, which is poor customer service. But, if allowed in the app, they could prepare more before the customer arrives.
