My first review was a 1 out of 5 due to the login issue when we first got the app. But now that I'm in it, I pushed it up to a 3. The app works, but the chat is buggy. The chat freezes when you type more than 5 words and crush the entire app sometimes. Also, there are no settings yet. I'll also love to see an option to stream through the app for the people who play mobile games. I feel like that would help build the user base for Kick if they can stream directly through it itself, if possible

Everytime I try to log in it tells me to finish setting up the account. I enter in my username but it says it's taken so I enter in a completely new one, that works. On the next screen I have to accept the terms of service, when you select the button it shows a loading circle and then nothing happens. Please fix your app if you really want people to move to this platform. How are people expected to check it out if they can't even get past the log in screen.

I can't even use the app. I get a message saying: "To finish setting up your account, please choose a username and enter a birthday." I already made my account, so when I put the Info in, it knows that's already a taken name. I literally cannot use it. There's no other buttons on the screen just 2 boxes to type in and a save option. Please fix

For anyone having issues during account creation on the mobile app, make sure the first letter of your email address is *NOT* capitalized, as it causes an error. I had to contact support for this info, but hopefully it's not a problem for much longer. The app is a little buggy and does not yet have full functionality, but that should be better with time.

Watching live streams is usually OK, but the VODs are horrible. It never saves your place (in app or in browser, mobile & PC) and if you close the app to do anything, like turn off an alarm or answer a text or call, it closes the video player without saving your spot. This would be a little more bearable if VODs could be play picture in picture like streams can, but for some reason, they can't

Edited: Apparently the actual problem is you can't sign up with an email containing a period, which is far less stupid than what I thought the problem was, but that's still pretty bad seeing as having a period in an email isn't all that uncommon and I've never come across this issue before. Also the app wouldn't let me set my birthdate because it kept gltiching out.

The app is garbage. It logs me completely out of my account every single time I close the app. I don't use my Google account and I'm not interested in doing that, because that's a personal account. That might have something to do with it, but there's no reason to log me out every single time I close the app. I use long complicated passwords, otherwise my accounts get compromised, so I have to write that down. Constantly looking up my password and verifying the login is too much of a pain.

Apps junky and really just functions at a basic level. Can't follow other users. Get an error message to wait several mins. Had trouble with signing up and registering an email, as the form wouldn't let me submit, despite being filled out. Ended up just using Google credentials to create an account (which I loath). Can't update profile or add secondary email address, etc.

The app will not allow me to register for an account nor will it let me log into an account. The website is not working at all, either -- the app and the website both show error messages, and the app shows rows of code when trying to sign in as an error message. Not sure what is going on, but this needs to be fixed a.s.a.p. Edit: Now that I am able to finally log in again, there is no way to edit or change my profile. I cannot change my photo, background, or add a bio. Settings are inaccessible.

I would rate this much higher but for now it's still kinda broke. You may know of these issues, but I don't know what you know. So, that said, here are my issues. ANDROID: 1: Auto rotate is broken. Screen flips but will not flip back without closing/reopen app. Also, lose tools/boxes. 2: Typing in chat, then not for a bit, keeps us from being able to type again. It's almost like it's loading the option to type. 3: When in a channel, the back button exits stream. Should minimize instead. 💚💚💚
