Here’s what you do: there are tons of recipes sorted by meal type, diet, and more. You can browse, save favorites, and even make a weekly meal plan. There’s also a cool feature where you can get a week’s worth of recipes with the ingredients you need. And the Instagram page is actually super helpful – they post tons of tips and activities to get your kids involved in the cooking.

Look, if you’re a busy parent trying to feed your family healthy meals, you’ll probably dig this app. It’s not perfect – the interface can be a little clunky at times – but overall it does the job. Worth checking out if you’re sick of the same old chicken nuggets and mac n’ cheese.

So here's my honest take on Kids Meals: Recipes & Guides. I've tested a bunch of parenting and cooking apps, and this one's actually pretty solid.
