Everytime I try to earn more kin, there's always an error with loading the ad, but if it does play, after the ad, I won't earn any kin. The way it was set up before the update was alot better. I used the app back in September 2020 and it was great, but when I recently updated it and went back on, there are alot of glitches with earning Kin and trying to meet new people. Really disappointed. Hopefully they fix it soon.

Ok, so, I've used Kik pretty much since it was originally released and for a while I loved it. But recently there's a problem where my messages are not sending. No matter how many texts I send, they are always stuck on "s" and won't actually send for hours at most. This has been going on for months and now it keeps happening every day! I used to love this app, but now I can't even use it properly half the time! I've reinstalled the app, toggled my internet connection, restarted my internet, nothing worked! Please fix this issue!!!

User of 9 years here. I want to like this app so much since it's such a solid chat app but man, it's been slowly going downhill. There are so many better options now and when you're gonna copy/paste the same live model you use in 3 other apps, it's no wonder the app is dying. When medialab aquired Kik, they promised users there would be no ads and here we are. I understand you need money to run an app and if the ads were less intrusive, it wouldn't be a problem. Rest in piss, always missed.

For some strange reason, my account was removed from every group I would communicate with other creators in, and couldn't rejoin any of them--or ANY group for that matter. Was informed that this usually means you're banned from the group feature (though I didn't understand why...), a few others had the same problem. Tried downloading the dual app as was recommended, and had access for a day, just to lose it again... Luckily, those groups invited me to their Discords and I left this app behind.

Help me understand why I get a new pm request from bots at least once a day usually more! This is unacceptable! Plus the full screen ads! I understand you have to make money but is there a reason the ads have to be so damn loud!? They pop up at random then you have to wait at least 5 seconds for the noise to go away. This is very intrusive especially if someone is doing something opens Kik only for their phone to make a bunch of unnecessary noise. Again not complaining because there are ads.

Its been 3 months since my last review. Still unable to log in. It just says loading and spins and spins. Randomly logged out of my account for no reason. Can't log back in. Tried to create a new account and can't get past the email step. Tried different email addresses and always get the same response. Was planning a Christmas meetup with some group members and now have no way to reach them. What is going on with your site? Please do better.

It's great getting to know people when you join a group for people in your state. However, I have been having insane trouble with logging in. I have reset my password multiple times, done the puzzles and still can't seem to get logged in since it tells me that my login is invalid. Aside from this issue Kik is pretty decent for almost anonymous chatting online. Thanks and I hope you can fix this problem for me.

There needs to be more group options. Like, the option that only admins can add new people to a closed group, that's a big one, seems pretty basic. Kik has been around forever and there's still a lot of basic stuff that's not available. Lately, group chats suck. Messages often come out of order, or not at all, or repeat hours later, and it's multiple times per day, every day.

I have no idea what is going on but it glitches all the time. Freezes and won't let me go live for more than 2 minutes before saying I've lost connection when my router/modem says my signal is very good. I have 5G whole home wifi. Half the time I can't see comments or see my own comments in streams. Its frustrating. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Cleared what needed to be cleared. I have plenty of storage. It's just annoying is all.

App keeps freezing and you have no other option but to log out. Once you log out...it won't let you log back in. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app multiple times. So you are forced to create a new account. It has done this to me now twice within the past two days. One account I had for 5+ years and another I only had for 2 days before it did it again. Plus the Public Groups get hit with tons of bots.
