Okay, you don't have to look through many reviews to see that there is a fundamental issue with this application. It seems that there is some sort of suspicious activity protocol that will automatically suspend users based on some sort of model. I was using the app and I even bought a subscription. Within 2 hours, my account was suspended for an indeterminate reason. I understand automation is necessary, but there NEEDS to be an explanation for it. Support is not quick on the draw either.

I was on KinkD for about 8 months when my account was deactivated without my permission. I did not receive any notification prior a d when I inquired with support no answer. So, I made another profile and within a day a received an error message that I couldn't log in. No response again from support. I tried a 3rd profile. Same result. No support at all and extremely frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this app to anyone.

My first complaint and by far the worst is the search function. It's dreadful. You can only search a specific city for someone. No range by miles like every other dating app. Incredibly tedious and it doesn't even list major cities near me. Major hassle. Second, very limited specific preferences on what type of people I can search for. Overall, you'll find yourself clicking around the app and finding nothing. Waste of time and money IMO. Will be cancelling membership.

This app is a complete waste of time. I paid for a month of premium, created a complete profile, sent respectful messages to about 40 people. Zero response. Then I noticed that not only was nobody responding, they weren't even visiting my profile. THEN I noticed multiple profiles for the same person several years apart based on the ages listed. So what's going on is that almost nobody is actually active on here. It's just abandoned profiles they leave up to make it look popular.

Don't waste your money. I signed up for a one month paid subscription. And in that entire month. All the profiles were the same. Some even looked fake. You message those profiles and never get a response. As though they don't exist. And only profiles that are 1000 miles away from me check me out or save me as a favorite.. Again... the whole thing seems very sketchy. Buyer beware!

This is the 3rd time I've had to make a new review for this garbage app. I went through 2 weeks of extremely long emails with the kinkd team. The kept saying my account was unlocked again but I kept saying they didn't unlock it. Finally, they said they are locking it permanently. I genuinely never once messaged someone on the account. I made my account (cherrybabex) and immediately it was locked. So how could I have violated your texting rules WHEN I NEVER EVEN MESSAGED. Worst support ever.

I have been with Kinkd since it launched. I like it a lot, the only thing that I miss are being able to write status updates. I have met some cool people though. Lately the app keeps removing my profile picture. I don't know why that is. They are regular photos, Facebook would approve of them. I miss the old interface. Now it's more like match, the worst app ever.

Fair number of users and I enjoy the ability to change search locations -- whether by state or specific cities -- but enabling a "search within a radius of X miles or km" would be ideal. Aside from that, the only real issues are about the lack of information for Free Users; you can't see who visited or followed you... even when it's mutual!

I've been a Premium member for a while now. I really wanted to like the app. The UI is easy to use, and the layout is well-made. However, there is one major issue, which is probably the worst issue a dating app can have: sometimes messages don't reach the other party, and there's no warning on the app stating thay that's the case. As you can imagine, this has resulted in a few conflicts where I've had to take screenshots of the chat to prove to the other person I received nothing.

Great concept; horribly made. Pushing aside the various issues other reviewers described (quite a few), there is a constant issue where the app can't connect to the servers. Judging by reviews, this has been unresolved for years. This affects everything at some point, but it hits messages most. You will not be able to view your messages and you will get a "Connecting" message at the top that will never connect. It is not your internet connection as other apps work fine. Very Disappointing.
