I LOVE THIS APP for child/parent safety! The only reason for 4 stars is due to video quality at times.

AMAZING APP!!!!! Ok so 1 it's an amazing was to communicate with your friends without getting scam called every 5 seconds. 2 The friend request feature is a very creative idea. 3 it isn't down to much and plus discord is a thing so didn't really need to worry about it being down. ok so now I'm just saying pls add group vid call and pls add a way to rename chats with one person Also sometimes when I'm on a jam call it sometimes like everyones faces disapear then mine does and i cant hear

Wow, this app is such a massive rip-off! It's a huge money pit. Why are app developers so greedy now? It's a simple chat app that wants a monthly subscription to play a bunch of simple lame games. Or you can pay for them separately and they all cost a ton. There are much better apps. Move along. Save yourself the dollars they're trying to take from you.

Sometimes it's a bit glitchy, but all in all it's a very good app, and the kids love it. The video calls only seem to come through when my phone is unlocked for some reason so I sometimes miss them.

Using this to support young relative who doesn't benefit from the usual social media apps. Kinzoo has given us the independence to message and interact safely. Made such a difference to them. Easy to download and setup and keeping the visuals basic as the bells and whistles can be an unnecessary distraction. Enjoying using Kinzoo 👍🏻

messaging system is flawless! seemingly easy to get family members into access to communication with your little ones. my only complaint is nobody can get the "jam" (video or voice call) to work. it will ring and you hear/see the other person for a split second. It will not work between Andriod & Apple, Apple to Apple, or Andriod to Andriod. If that gets corrected, I will change to a 5 star rating. if youre strictly using this for messaging, I would highly recommend

when you do a video call one of the parties is not able to see each other. It would be nice if this app worked right. The feature of being able to chat with an Apple user and an Android user through wifi could be a benefit. the response from the of the app is incorrect. for me it is not working right

seem safe and family friendly, it would be useful if i could prevent kids clicking log out in their version of the app. every time they do it we lose all their settings and have to setup from scratch, worried we will lose any purchases if they logout as no way to re add the old account asked support for help no response. The only downside i have found, will not make purchases until i know how to resolve this daft logout issue.

Very great, I can chat, play games,colour, and read books. It's so fun

This app has a few small bugs such as notifications not going away if checked through the app and not the notification itself, but all in all it is a great app for kids. It has plenty to offer for entertainment and even a little learning.

it's been a nice app for our family to chat and share pictures. but the notifications are terrible. it's like my phone is going to explode every time someone sends a message. can you please make the notification behavior/vibration like every other messaging app?

Very unreliable. My child's account always shows as offline. Even when we can message each other sometimes video calling doesn't work. If you switch to another app and back, the sound stops working. Notnl sure

Downloaded this before my partner and I went on a trip without our kids so we could stay in contact, and holy moly, it is fun! Like a mix of Snapchat, face time, texting, and phone calls. Even has little games, gifs, voice effects, etc. Put it on our kid's tablet (no phone number or email necessary for them). We've been having a lot of fun with it. And it seems very private, only people that you approve can contact you or your kiddo. Highly recommend!

Really like the app, I was excited for my 4 yr old to be able to call me while I'm at work, but unfortunately it won't let hey or me actually accept the video call 90% of the time. We can still send voice clips, pictures, photo/video recordings and stickers/doodles which is still pretty great, but I wish the video chat worked better.

Kinzoo is an amazing beginner messaging app. easy to navigate and fun features for kids and family members. I'm not sure if it is my daughters tablet, connection, or the video call feature, but it often doesn't pick up her voice unless she's super close to the tablet and talking slowly. So, in a short, better video calls, and how do we play the games together?

They took away the free features we had like certain mini games and camera filters. And to get them back we bought them on my daughter's phone. But even though she is on my account, in order for me to initiate a game with her, I'd also have to buy it! I would be happy to pay a base fee for the app ($5-$10) and have extra features behind a paywall. But to take away what we already had I feel is bad practice. I also refuse monthly subscriptions which is the only other option you provide.

I personally think it's a good app, but, for some reason it glitches unexpectedly. For example, when im about to say something else like "Hey, what are you doing right now" It randomly changes to some else I said earlier. And the camera quality is a 4.5 out of te personally. It has some glitches and sometimes blurry. But overall, it's a 3 out of 5 stars. (Sorry if it didn't make much sense)

Super awesome content, user interface needs a lot of work. Also, there r no settings in the setting. Just info. Not sure if I like receiving push notifictions... Will decide later. Overall cool- it allows me to send my kiddo pics and videos and play games. Limited Un stuff but I imagine it will grow as time goes on. I'm thinking this is a project in development. If it was completed correctly it'd be a 5 star.

Communicate as a family with out annoying, disrespectful ads. So many positives... Although it's definitely kid safe, it can be used by older kids too. Even if you have kids in their 20's and you want to connect without getting on Snapchat or the like. Layout is easy on the eyes, colorful, simple but also has a lot of different cool options. You can text, customize emojis and stickers, send gifs, share drawings and play games too. Easy to use and navigate everything. Actually pretty fun ! ☺️
