horrible horrible sight. they tell you have this much to spend with very little money down. then when you actually go to purchase whatever it was that you wanted they change the whole outline completely. you. ha very to make a down payment of roughly 70%-80%. now if I wanted to do that it means I would have the money to make the purchase without klarna. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THUS COMPANY AT ALL. PURE SCAM!!!!!!!! once my stuff is paid for the account will be closed and app deleted. Garbage site!!!!

In comparison to Stocard this app can't be rated more than 2 stars. Sometimes it takes up to half a minute to open my cards. This is not acceptable when you are going through the busy till. Holding cards until you load advertising is just not acceptable. Cards should be loaded instantly from the offline storage, then updates to the cards can be loaded from the cloud, and only after that the adverts and promos.

all of a sudden I can't use my Chime or Cash app card anymore. Never missed a payment and always paid off my purchases early. Now I can only use my credit cards to pay and I'm not doing that. And I'm not switching banks. Been with Chime for a long time and it is souvh better than all the physical banks. Way to reward good customers. These apps just keep getting worse and worse. Thanks for nothing. deleting account and app as we speak.

The application is broken and customer service is not capable. They appear to be working from a script and don't possess the expertise to deviate from it. When their resolution steps are exhausted, they blame you for the discrepancy and close it. The only elements in the process that have changed is Klarna, yet it must be something on my end. B/S!

A plus member- The customer service experience is atrocious. They WILL hang up when, not if, they can't figure out the issue. 100% dishonest in their customer service. Representatives from overseas WILL lie to you if a tx has an issue they can't solve or don't understand. Something like, "oh i see the transaction on my end. It is just taking time to update..." and end the call knowing that is a lie. Purchases have end up costing more after upgrading. Never even had a late payment either

***Update*** I have done as advised & the app still doesn't work. I can open it but can't sign it. The loading symbol keeps going over the sign in button. Please fix the app! The app hasn't worked in months. I keep seeing updates in Google Play. I update my app but they do nothing. I can't access anything thru the app. It stays on the opening screen & doesn't log in. I can only access my account thru using a web browser. Please fix the app so accounts can be accessed.

I have never missed a payment, and I've spent thousands of dollars through Klarna. This last year I was somehow locked out of my app and it would not allow me to log in even on the website. I've spent several hours on the customer service phone number trying to get this resolved. apparently they don't know why I can't log into klarna with my account. we have done the resets, the uninstall and reinstall apps.

won't let you pick the amount you want to pay. I want to pay my small loan off faster but I have to pay in small increments. if I want to pay it off early I'll have to make the same charge of $75 multiple times over 20 times (not sure if there's a processing fee) this makes it harder to pay off your loan sooner. won't be using klarna again after this purchase. I was using the app.

I love Klarna, I've been a customer for a while and have never had a problem. Just would be nice if they increased my spending limit. I've had the other "buy now, pay later" app the same amount of time, and I'm up a lot more on that one. But overall, I love Klarna. Makes life easier.

Horrible experiences. Every time they say they will approve an amount, then it changes as you go through the process to a lesser amount they can approve. Then after that, if you back out and go back through the same process for the same amount a minute later, they approve EVEN LESS. THEN they want you to verify your identity and it once again will fail out. Way too many hoops to jump through for very little in return.
